    "The staff were rude, very inefficient and 'not with it'! Check in took over 20 mins being first in the Q and the reception staff didn't seem to have a clue about anything! We found them rude and clueless. The room itself was nice ... we were given a double room instead of a twin and were not asked what we prefered. We didn't want to change rooms just in case it took another 30 minutes to provide us with another room." (97483811)

    Clean bright hotel. Very clean and comfortable room probably best described as functional. The free wifi internet in reception area alone would make me return.

    The internet to the bedrooms is much too expensive. Also there is a small step up into the ensuite - don't know how many times I nearly tripped over it!! Restaurant needs to be offer a wider food range.

    "Overall good Two minor things, plastic swipe card did not work next day and had to queue up at reception each day to get it activated again? No glass in room, plastic glass not replaced, went to night reception and asked for glass and was told by a chap No use one of the mugs in the room we can not have our glasses all left in the roomns? I insisted and eventually was given one. Very poor customer service, left a bad taste" (97813508)

    "Was a bit tricky to find if you are from outside the area, perhaps better detailed instructions coming from different directions? Once there, very smooth booking in, capable and polite staff. Restaurant meal was very good and good value for money. Nice menu. Wasnt too keen on the large screen sports channels, but they seem to be most places now. Would recommend the hotel although I only stayed one night en route to the airport but think it would be the same good standard for longer stays." (99060289)

    i didnt like how room service kept banging on the door evan tho i shouted not now thamks as i was still in bed and they made me get up and open the door.

    We were only at the hotel for a few hours before going to Luton airport, however we could not sleep because of the noise coming from a loud group of men in the rooms next door. I am sure that given the size of the hotel it is not neccesary to put everyone in adjacent rooms? We were awake until 3.30 am, when we left for the airport.

    Eigentlich alles. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstuck war auch gut und reichlich. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung.

    Inklusiv Frühstuck wäre noch besser.

    Heureusement que la receptioniste nous a prévenu que le taxi menant à l aéroport le lendemain faisait parti du package que l'on avait pris, et ce n'était pas spécifié pour nous.

    Rooma s ever was lovely, clean bright and relaxing

    Our aircon went a bit mad and wouldn't cool down, but this was the first time anything had happenned and the staff did offer us a fan. It had cooled down by the time we returned however.

    "If you are unfortunate enough to have to stay in Luton, which has to be one of the most depressing towns I've ever visited, then this hotel will make up for it a little! It is clean, new, and comfortable with friendly staff. The fact that a few airline pilots, who must've tried out a few Luton hotels, were also staying there is, I think, a good sign.     This hotel was very good value at £45 for a double room in the centre of Luton.

    Complimentary toothpaste was not available.

    The room was comfortable and smoke free - very important to non smokers like ourselves

    I had booked the hotel especially as it was advertised as with air conditioning but when we arrived the air conditioning was out of order and we endured a night with temperatures of 30' with no way of cooling it down.

    "Apart from reception staff the remainder seemed disinterested. Meals were not particularly appetising despite the cost. Breakfast not included in room price and at £7.50 was overpriced for what was presented. Other hotels in the area charge similar room rates which include breakfast the quality and choice of which is much better. Airconditioning not functioning correctly and with the close proximity of a dual carriageway opening the window was too noisy. All in all not a particularly comfortable stay. Adequate sums it up."     We booked for a room stating two adult and a teen. When we arrived late after midnight we found only a king size bed. This is the only complaint. The room and facilities are great.

    "I you want to be sure of getting a clean and nice room at a reasonable price, this is where you should go. My sister and I stayed here after a visit to London, because our flight was leaving early next morning. We preferred to stay in the centre of Luton, at Days, rather than out at the airport area with no shops, pubs, restaurants around. At Days, the shopping street is just round the corner. The taxi to the airport was £6.5 in the early morning (before 6 am), and £4.5 after 6 am. Took only ten minutes to get there. The food in the hotel restaurant was perfectly ok, we had a light meal in the evening." (3304643286)

    The proximity to the shopping street, the beds were comfortable, the room and the bathroom were very clean, nice big bath tub, nice light meals on offer in the restaurant, big towels, tea kettle (it's awfully nice to make a cup of tea and relax on the bed after being out in the rain!), access to the internet in the reception - although it was awfully slow

    The thin walls - it seemed the noises from closing doors were very well heard, and laughter and loud voices from other guests. Now when we stayed there must have been a group of youths (who obviously didn't know how to behave when staying in a hotel) who came in late and made a lot of noise, and I was too tired to call the reception, but I guess if I had done so, somebody would have asked them to shut up! I also found it strange to have a television on in the restaurant - there was a tv in the bar area, which is ok, but in the restaurant? One of the staff didn't know if the hotel could manage to debit a credit card with a damaged magnetic strip, said it was not likely, which caused a bit of anxiety; I found it best to cancel my booking because of that. But - the next morning I called again, this time speaking to a lady, and whe reassured me there would be no problem with my credit card, the could do it manually, and I was not to worry - so this part should go at the top box - what did I like about the accomodation - so I rebooked after talking to the helpful lady, and could relax knowing I would not have to sleep at the airport! We were told breakfast would be werved at 4.30 - wow! Perfect for us, leaving at 5 am. But when we came down to have a quick breakfast, there was only toast and juice, and cereals. We thought the whole breakfast artillery would be offered.

    "We found this hotel difficult to find. The bedroom and bathroom were warm, very clean and comfortable with a kettle for coffee/tea. The bath was very roomy. On the whole the staff were extremely accomodating, helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend it to other people. A very comprehensive shopping centre is ony a few minutes away on foot. It isn't cheap but worth it. A taxi to the airport was 4.50p. I would certainly go again." (3304498183)

    "I came to Luton having fown over from Switzerland. I arrived late but the staff were efficient, professional and pleasant without being overbearing. They were really helpful when I asked how I could get to the station the following morning. The hotel is good value for money, no nonsense but also offers good service and feels like a hotel. It certainly isn't no-frills in terms of delivery, but it is in price. So well done you guys. Keep up the good work - it is really appreciated. Many thanks." (3304620514)
