    "The appearance of the entrance lobby gives a false impression of what the rooms will be like. Food in the restaurant is poor quality. Would not recommend this hotel." (108076471)

    Located close to the city centre and financial district.

    Mould on the bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, taps that don't work properly. 80's decor in the restaurant with food to match. No hot water in the morning. Noisy rooms at the front and back of the hotel. No air conditioning in the rooms.

    "This hotel was only a short walk from the train station(connelly street) and main bus station and is in a recently re-developed area.It is a 10 min walk into the main shopping areas but is a pleasant walk along the redeveloped quayside,passing a few waterholes along the way.The hotel bar and restaurant also offer excellent service and a good choice of food."     The staff were all very helpful and courteous and nothing was a problem for them

    Lack of ironing facilities in the room

    Great staff

    Blanket only provided - would prefer duvet.

    Good location.

    Door card stopped working part way through, room was somewhat shabby, bed wasn't very comfortable.

    The hotel was clean, convenient to amenities and they staff were extremely friendly and helpful

    There was no shampoo in my room. Only a minor thing though!!

    Very clean,good facilities.

    Maybe thhey should serve food later.
