    "Vraiment un hôtel à recommander, chambre style rococo très charmante avec petit coin salon pour manger." (97464780)

    Personnel très sympa ! Coté très agréable : on peut se servir un petit thé ou café à tout moment dans la salle de restauration (agréable après une petite balade dans le froid) Ca nous a beaucoup manqué dans l'hotel ou nous avons été ensuite!

    Petit probleme de douche mais pas méchant!

    large chambre climatisee, grande salle de bains, personnel tres agreable, hotel avec beaucoup de charme, breakfast parfait, internet gratuit, small dog accepte gratuitement. Big air-conditioned room, staff tres agreable, hotel with great charm, perfect breakfast, free internet, small dog accepts free. Hotel has strongly recommend, plus its location in the city centre to visit is perfect. Hotel a recommander vivement, de plus sa situation au centre ville pour visiter est parfaite.

    "Très bon hotel. Personnel très sympathique." (97328055)

    Hotel très bien situé au centre de Florence et accessible en voiture (juste à coté de la gare). Parking à 15 euros par jour disponible à l'hotel, cela est très appréciable...

    Chambre avec beaucoup de cachet, mais salle de bains un peu petite

    "Excellent value for money." (97254990)

    The hotel was really good value for money: it has great character instead of being part of another chain where you could be staying anywhere. It is a short walk from the bus and train stations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size for the money and the room and bathroom were clean.

    The only bad point was that although we had confirmation from Active Hotels that our booking had gone through we did not have confirmation from the hotel as well, so we just had to hope that everything had gone through ok - which of course it had. A short confirmation direct from the hotel would have set our minds at rest.
