    "The shower room problems were annoying, but due to the helpfulness of the reception staff and the excellent location of the hotel, we had a pleasant stay." (99025223)

    location and helpful staff who were knowledgeable about the area and the transport links and found the time to explain it in detail in English.

    The size of the bed and the shower curtain was a foot above the floor and a foot away from the shower, so that water ran all over the floor. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower and the extractor fan did not work. I could not close the shutters on the left side of the window, as the window to that side would not open.

    villarreal is situated just outside the centre of valancia.5 min walk to the main train station and bull fing.hotel staff very friendly and helpfull and speak good english.rooms very clean and hotel bar had a good atmosphere.overall alovelly hotel.

    can be a little noisey with street traffic when the windows and blinds are open,but afterall your in the heart of valencia!

    "Good. The 2nd location which is not located near the main road is very quiet. I'm not quite sure if the staff does speak English, because I do speak Spanish." (97768910)

    I liked the central location of the hotel. The room was very small, however it was clean and had aircondition.

    When I arrived a lady which was having a making a phone call didn't bother quiting it and helping me whith checking in. After 5 minutes of waiting she took my passport and started looking which room was mine still having her conversation. 10 minutes later she send me to the other location of the hotel and told me that they would help me there in Spanish.

    "Too far from old town. Price seemed high for the condition of the room." (99849399)

    Food was available at nearby locations. Grocery store only 2 blocks away. Metro close 2 blocks away.

    The bathroom ceiling leaked. We told front desk to put towels on bed so they would not get wet. They did not do this.

    "This hotel represents good value for money. Whilst the accommodation and facilities are fairly basic but very clean, the hotel is well situated for exploring the city - a 10 minute amble finds you in the central area. The only downside is the location being situated on one of the main access roads and the traffic noise is almost incessant day and night - not good for light sleepers!! but I would still recommend this hotel for those seeking budget hotel accomodation in close proximity to the centre of Valencia."     "I had an excellent stay at this small hotel. Reasonably close to the city centre, I walked the distance most of the time. If you don't like walking the undergroud is close, as is the airport bus (on the way back to the airport since it does a loop downtown). My single-room was well equiped, clean and quiet, really enjoyed it. Staff was very helpfull while I tried to book a ticked for a concert, well done, many thanks for that." (99150302)

    Small but exellent equiped single room.

    About the room nothing in particulaire. About the rates; please state the price all-inclusive on the web; it anoyed me and other customers to have to pay 7% tax extra. Although a small amount it is totally unnecessary since the rooms are great value for money anyway.

    qualite de la literie, climatisation, personnel serviable et sympatique, hotel calme et idealement situe pres du centre ville

    a notre arrivée, apres 13h, on nous a attribué une chambre non preparée, on souhaitait se reposer mais on a du sortir mais ce detail ne nous a pas gache nos vacances non plus

    "This hotel is several blocks away from the main sights of town. There is a metro stop fairly near, but the Valencia metro does not reach some of the main tourist sights. If you are prepared to walk a bit, or take taxis, it is fine. The rooms were clean and had every convenience. The staff were helpful, particularly the waitress in the breakfast room. The location on a busy street results in some traffic noise." (82785151)

    Friendly staff, good service. My single room was vary good value for money, well appointed.

    Traffic noise. The shower worked well, but would have been better with a tray or ledge for soap, shampoo, etc.
