    Ottima posizione centrale, gentilezza e flessibilità del personale, camera molto accogliente, dolcetti all'ingresso.

    Solita cattiva abitudine a cambiare troppo spesso asciugamani e lenzuola nonostante nostra espressa richiesta del contrario; bar notturno rumoroso prossimo alla stanza.

    "This hotel is in an excellent location - only a couple of minutes from the Cathedral - and there are many good and inexpensive bars and cafes nearby. The reception staff were especially helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Our room was an adequate size with comfortable beds and crisp cotton sheets, and it faced an inner courtyard so it was very peaceful. The hanging space in the wardrobes was short - not much use if you have a long skirt or dress! - and the floors were not cleaned thoroughly. But these were minor niggles in an otherwise enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel to anyone. A word of advice if you're not used to Spanish hours: be prepared for a late start in the mornings. The hotel bar was still firmly closed at 8.15am and although we found places to have delicious breakfasts it was clear that many places don't get going until much later!" (97572964)

    "Great location! Close to the cathedral and in the center of town. Friendly staff (spoke both English and Spanish) were very accomodating. Clean, comfortable room, with decent ammenities. Nice cafe located in lobby serving breakfast, and light meals. I would highly recommend staying here." (97365737)

    By the river and proximity of historic center and Triana area on the other side of the river. Rather easy to find as it is next close to the Arena. lots of good tapas bar nearby. clean room and quiet if you happen to have a room facing in the internal courtyard (room 301 for example)

    You can only park for 1 hour in front of the hotel for 1.05 euros. The hotel offer a parking a couple of roads away for 18 euros. Public underground parking are available around (Triana market parking is 13 euros for example). You have to pay for the safe and the internet.

    "Le informazioni avute sono state utili.IL soggiorno è stato gradevole. Ma non ho comunque capito perchè il prezzo della camera è cambiato così tanto dal primo all'ultimo giorno. forse per l'ultimo giorno potevo provare altrove, e sarebbe stato anche simpatico cambiare posto," (97422343)

    "Sevilla ist eine relativ ruhige und auch bei Nacht sichere Stadt mit sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.Es gibt auch viele Lokale wo was los ist. Im Dezember ist es in der Früh fast so kalt wie in Wien (Kaum über null Grad) und auch am Abend wird es rasch kalt. Bei Tag fast immer sonnig und 15 bis 20 Grad im Schatten. In der Kathedrale und im Alkazar habe ich (weil man sich stundenlang kaum bewegt)im Dezember genauso viel Kleidung gebraucht wie in Wien, wenn ich auf der Straße gehe." (97826822)

    Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir waren überascht, dass die Portiere so viele Fremdsprachen (deutsch, englisch, tw. auch italienisch und portugiesisch) wirklich gut können. Am Wichtigsten für uns war, dass die Heizung gut funktioniert hat, sie war sogar vom Zimmer aus individuell einstellbar. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man ist sofort bei der Giralda und dem Alcazar. Wir wollen im Jänner oder Feber wieder dort wohnen. Das Hotel würde mehr als 2 Sterne verdienen.
