    "Apart from the small size of the single room and shower room my overall opinion of the hotel remains the same. The hotel is clean and efficient and the staff alwayts pleasant including the staff at breakfast,always willing to help.The hotel is ideally placed and good value for money." (97244348)

    The accomodation was adequate for my short three day stay.

    IU had a single room which I found to be too small,the shower room was also too small and the next time in this hotel I would certainly request a double room for my stay.

    "The hotel was in a nice location close to the underground and Earls Court area. The hotel was clean and kept well. The staff was always pleasant and friendly. I would reacommend this hotel to others" (97960989)

    Everything was wonderful with our accomodations. The room was bright airy and clean. We arrived a day early and they were happy to accomodate us. The staff was always willing to help and very pleasant

    There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with

    Total lack of double glazing meant the rrom was very noisy The bathroom needed major attention - black mould in the grouting The breakfast was in keeping with the hotel - minimalist

    "When booking the hotel online, the fact that a triple room was advertised gave us the impression that the room contained 3 regular twin beds, not 2 beds and a cot. This was very disappointing. The bathroom was so poorly lit that it was impossible to use the mirror, particularly to shave. There was no ventilation in the bathroom." (1040104)

    The room was clean, pleasantly decorated and cheerful. Shower water pressure was excellent.

    Our room (#17) was on Cromwell Road and therefore extremely noisy. It was unventilated and very stuffy. Only 1 of 3 windows opened.

    "Considering the room cost £150 per night, the service was a disgrace, the hotel amenities were non existant, the continental breakfast missed the "continental" element - cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit etc. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it and definitely wouldn't stay there again."     The hotel decor is contemporary, but sparse. The hotel was clean.

    The staff were rude bordering on treating us with contempt. We ordered room service which is linked to local restaurants, however, the food arrived with no plates or cutlery. We used the cups in our room and they were not cleaned or replaced for the 3 days we stayed in the hotel. The hotel room was cold. The bar closed at 9pm! The view from our room was of a leaking drainpipe.
