    Location to Killarney and scenic views from restaurant

    "We didnt realise the extent of the facilities on offer at your hotel, and as we were touring for the first time in Ireland we were just an overnight stay. Killarny was the favouroute place we visited and would return for longer next time." (99646818)

    We were given one of the hotel cottages, which had so much space and privicy. Alovely bonus to our trip. Thank you. Your staff were all very friendly and helpful.

    Nothing.The only negative comment was that there was no hairdryer, however we managed with the blow heater in the on suite bathroom.

    "the hotel was very family orientated and as we had left our children at home it would have been nice to have had adult only areas. The restaurant was to large and would have been nice to have had smaller themed restaurants, such as an italian indian irish ." (99523472)

    "We had a very pleasent stay at the Castlerosse Hotel but it would have been better with a few minor ajustments. e.g we passed by twice, poor signage. car park had no directions to reception." (99356678)

    The accomodation was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

    The distance from reception to the room and help with luggage.

    "Too many very old people in very large bus groups. Many were asleep in the lobby." (2136622)

    the employees were pleasant, and nice views of lake.

    rooms were far away from lobby and no view.

    "Pleasent and helpful staff..eventhough there were a lot of children there, they were'nt in the least bit noisy.Beautiful view from the dining room and very efficient dining staff... breakfast was plentiful and varied.Very ample residents bar.Very close to the town and lovely walks." (2151551)

    Bright room on the ground floor.. looking onto the golf course..near car park

    A little noisy but this was due to Rally weekend!
