    "Good Value for Money stay, cheap, safe and centrally located to Luton. Close to the Airport (10 min. by taxi, 5-8 pounds). Very polite and helpfull staff..." (97685989)

    "The local pub is a gay bar and the hotel prides itself on being gay friendly. We found that 'straights' were welcome both at the hotel and bar (although you will have to wander further afield if you want real ales - Butte Street). The kitchen has a fridge for milk (some UHT provided) and a kettle, microwave and toaster for snacks. The main advantage is that you are allowed food in your room (takeaways, etc.). This is a great one night stop over. No frills, but no trouble. The shopping is excellent in Luton and here you are in the thick of it." (97936245)

    Close to pub and Chinese restaurant. Close to The Mall/Arndale shopping centre. Reasonable price.

    It was adequate for the price and not too far from the shopping area and the station for travel to the airport.

    Dislike is too strong a word.The only suggestion I would make is that the lighting in the room could be improved for reading purposes.

    "It was good that the money had to be paid on check in but this was not made clear at the time of booking when debit/credit card details were taken. Also these details were on file in the reception area, I am not sure who would have access to these deteils and if they are destroyed after successful payment?" (108073968)

    Quiet location with clean and spacious room at a very reasonable rate. Very close to the town centre.

    Bathroom door didn't lock properly.

    - situated right next to the town centre. - reasonably quiet. - good that they supplied pots, pans, etc.. but should provide more sugar n milk for tea/ coffee. n oh yeah, the tv had a remote!

    - toilet seat broken!!! - bathroom damp and cramped - not all lights were working. - Parking!!! there is abosolutely none! - double bed was actualy twins pushed together

    "Excellent value for money and only 8 minutes away from Luton Airport by taxi." (97544965)

    The rooms were clean with ample facilities ie: kitchenette, television and beautiful bathroom with super duper power shower. The staff were very friendly and polite.

    Do not be put off by the area of the reception as this is seperate from the hotel itself.

    "I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its central location meant good access to the towns aminieties and the room facitlites meant I only had to comprimise my normal life style a little." (97570918)

    self catering facility meant I was able to eat healthyly and not having to live on fatty take aways way a real plus.

    limited parking spaces. lack if cleaning equipment, as I was for a while and cooking for myself the room got messy

    it was unexpensive and clean

    it was incredibly noisy at night; you cannot get in touch with the reception from your room if you have a problem (reception is not in the same building); the room is very small (although well equipped)

    The fact that it has self catering facilities is good.

    The room had not table so even if you did make your own meals, you had to sit on the bed to eat. There was no privacy. I could hear everything that went on in the next room.

    "I was looking for accommodation for one night close to the airport as I had an early morning flight. Beforehand I would like to know that I could have booked a taxi from the hotel. Instead I booked one from the airport. I would also like to have known that there was no service in the hotel (called a hotel residence)until 9:30 am. I had to leave at 7:30am." (99386418)

    I appreciated the young woman who checked me in. She was most helpful.

    There was no one in the hotel in the morning until 9:30am, hence no possible wake-up.

    It was central

    The room and bed was too small, heating in room was not adjustable, on a main road so was very noisy as had window open for air, bathroom was tiny and no iron also was a very funny musky smell there.

    "Really the above explains in full my experience. In would not come again. The very least one expects is some curtains, a quietish room (the walls are paper thin) etc" (97699623)

    Conveniently located re the airport

    Unfortunately many things; no proper curtains, very noisy (I had about 2 hours sleep!) TV poor reception- room needs a bed side lamp for reading-no locks on the door.
