    Friendly and helpful service. Easy access to Luton airport (8 GBP taxi ride). Reasonable pricing. Reasonable food in the attached Beefeater restaurant.

    unpleasant smell in room. Gloomy and dark purple color scheme in room. Poor quality of TV signal. Shower has VERY weak water pressure.

    Easy to book and all as expected from the Hotel, no surprises or issues.

    paying up front for breakfast and not taking as finish before 10.00am on Sunday. normally take things easy on a sunday.

    we always enjoy our stay in premier inns. the staff are very friendly towards us, plus the rooms are clean and very comfortable. great value for money

    the accomodation was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and polite.

    the bath room could do with a non slip bath mat especially for the more mature clients there was a light bulb missing from above the writing desk which was a shame .otherwise a nice stay.

    The whole Hotel experience was good with a very good Beefeater restaurant nearby which was excellent

    Polite and business-like staff who understand the requirements of the business traveller. Surprisingly spacious and well equipped accommodation at a very competitive price.

    Fantastic for the occassional overnight stay but probably a little sterile if planning a longer stay.

    It was all very clean and modern, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was simple to organise airport transfers

    the noise from other customers was a little too much at some points

    Good sized room, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free parking.

    "I would have liked to have been able to order food from my room instead of walking outside to the nearby pub. The room was cold when I arrived, although it did not take that long to warm up." (97955963)

    That I could order food from the nearby pub to be delivered to my room. The heating was very good. The reception staff were very friendly.

    Nobody was behind reception when I arrived - it was late and I was tired and i had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come and help me. As a single female i was put right at the end of the furthest corridor, would have preferred to have been nearer reception area.

    "The general ambience of the hotel is rather cold (the brand colour of purple doesn't help). The heating system seemed old-fashioned (lots of boxed-in wiring) and poorly put together." (97724751)

    Helpful staff.

    Room smelled of damp. Only found out where the temperature gauge was the following morning, the instructions on the back of the invoice weren't very clear.

    Very helpful reception that advised a good local restaurant

    The adjacent restaurant was not in keping with a hotel environment. I decided to eat elsewhere.The directions were only from the m1. I came from the A1 so had difficulty finding the hotel. Luckily the reception was helpful enough to see me in, which has not always been my experience with other hotels.

    La ubicación del hotel, cercana al aeropuerto, pero no tanto como para escuchar a los aviones sobrevolando por encima del hotel. Una cama de matrimonio muy cómoda.

    El baño y poner un suelo que no sea de moqueta.

    "The hotel was in an ideal location and the Beefeater restauarant on its doorstep was excellent. There was easy access after 11 pm and check out wasn't until midday which made a pleasant change from 10 am 's that I have stayed at. Even though it was for only one night, our stay was very enjoyable." (97811479)

    Parking was easy with the restaurant very close and check in speedy and efficient. The room was ready on our arrival and was clean with plenty of tea nad coffee available.

    "Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I found the room quiet and clean. Supplies of coffee, sugar etc were provided, the hairdryer and the TV worked.     Polite gentleman at reception at check in. Large clean spacious room and a large comfy bed.

    The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (taps) but I've seen worse. The showerhead in bathroom wasn't detachable.

    malgres des problemes de reservation, nous avons pu arriver a l aeroport et ne pas avoir a se soucier de l endroit ou nous alions dormir, nous avons aussi pu rentrer a l'heure que nous voullions ds la nuit sans tracas de savoir si la porte aller etre fermer ou pas...

    la salle de bain sentait vraiment tres tres mauvais, hotel non fumeur, personnel tres peu aimable

    "i didn't realise the dining room was in a separate building and came down for breakfast without a coat so we had to go back and get dressed. (wouldn't have been a problem in summer) Just because we were on a tight schedule it took up extra time." (97435088)

    the room was too hot for me my husband and son didn't find it too hot and there wasn't any way you could get any fresh air

    We were able to still have a smoking room

    Only 2 milks and we arrived at 4am, no milk for the morning. Only 2 t. bags, plenty of coffee though.
