This accommodation is situated within the exclusive Los Balagares residential complex with one million m² of family dwellings and an 18-hole golf course.

The complex is located in the parish of Corvera de Asturias next to the Embalse de Trasona, in an excellent position only a few kilometres from the best beaches of central Asturias. The rooms are large and very comfortably equipped. There is also a restaurant service in the complex and a Spa that offers spaces and treatments for the care of body and mind.

The Balagares Spa covers an area of 2,500 m² and is the perfect place for pampering both body and soul and enjoying the qualities of the water in its many forms. The Spa includes 3 different areas:

-The Sport Area, with cardiovascular equipment, weights and spinning.

-Thermal, individual area with massage booths, Niagara bath, mud and seaweed wraps, mud treatments, facial and body treatments and a rest area.

-Thermal Leisure Area, with a thermal circuit that includes a vitality pool, massage jets pool, walk-in foot spa, peeling showers, steam bath, dry and mixed sauna, ice booth, essential oils shower, hot and cold shower and cold mini-pool.

From Oviedo, Gijón, Santander: - In the direction Avilés, the port zone, 3rd exit toward the shopping centre; you will get to a roundabout, take the 3rd exit (los campos - Carrefour); at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit in the direction of "los campos", at 300 metres there will be another roundabout, take the 2nd exit in the direction of "los campos"; at 500 metres there will be another roundabout, take the 1st exit in the direction of Los Balagares and there you will see a sign indicating how to get to the hotel.
