The hotel is set in its own secluded grounds, surrounded by stunning European-award-winning parkland that sweeps down to the banks of the River Severn. The world-famous Ironbridge is less than 10 minutes' walk down the river from the hotel.

The Chez Maw Restaurant is a stylish and relaxing place to dine, offering a high standard of service and excellent cuisine, which has seen it receive 2 AA Rosettes. The à la carte menu offers a wide variety of dishes with English and continental influences. A good selection of vegetarian dishes is available. The extensive wine list offers a selection of classic wines and wines from the New World to complement your meal. Catering for up to 60 guests, the dining room has an adjacent bar area that leads out onto the patio, which overlooks the stunning surrounding parkland and the River Severn. If you prefer a more casual meal, traditional bar meals and snacks are available at lunchtime.
