• Kinderen en extra bedden: Dit hotel is niet geschikt voor kinderen. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.

Belangrijke informatie

Guest must present a credit card to guarantee their reservation, upon arrival. In the event that the guest does not have a credit card, the guest must pay their total stay in cash at check-in. For reservations of more than 5 rooms and/or longer than 14 nights, a 25% prepayment is required (non-refundable in the case of cancellation). Once the reservation is made, Customer Care will contact the customer to arrange the prepayment, either by credit card or bank transfer. Towels and bed linen are provided, but the room cleaning service is only available for stays of 6 nights or more.
