This charming, characterful 18th century farmhouse nestles within the heart of the breathtaking, picturesque South Downs and is only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Chichester.

The South Downs Way passes just behind the hotel, making our bed and breakfast guest house a great base for walking. Stay in our quaint comfortable bedrooms and dine with us on Friday and Saturday nights; book a table early to avoid disappointment or eat at the many excellent country inns and restaurants in the area. We have a sample menu on our own website and we offer free wireless internet access in all public areas and 12 of our bedrooms.

Our accommodation comprises 13 en suite rooms with all modern amenities set around an attractive courtyard garden which was originally the farm yard. We now serve complimentary afternoon tea in summer here upon arrival. This is a non-smoking establishment.

There are numerous 0utdoor Activities available in this area including:- walking
rambling, cycling, pony trekking, motor sports at Goodwood, watersports at Chichester Harbour and also indoor tennis at Portsmouth.

Spa Activities:
There are a wide variety of indoor activities available in the Chichester area,
arrangements can be made for guests to book at beauty salons or Fitness Gymnasium in Chichester

• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud betalen GBP 10,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen. Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen GBP 35,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen. • Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.

Routebeschrijving

From London take the A3, just south of Guildford take the A286 for Haslemere & Midhurst. 4 Miles south of Midhurst on the A286 you come to the village of Singleton, turn left here and after 1 mile you enter the hamlet of Charlton. The Hotel is immediately on the left hand side.
