This range of apartments provides comfortable accommodation in the stylish Prenzlauerberg district of Berlin, just a short tram or U-Bahn (underground) ride from the famous Alexanderplatz.

AS-Apartmenthaus apartments are ideal for all visitors to the German capital, and are suitable for between 2 and 6 guests.

Whether you are coming to Berlin on a business trip, sightseeing stay or a cultural break, you will appreciate the central location of AS-Apartments.

Berlin's excellent public transport system means that you can quickly and easily get to the exhibition centre and all other places of interest.

You can choose these apartments for overnight stays and short breaks, or you may indeed decide to make them your cosy and convenient base in Berlin for a period of weeks or months.

AS-Apartmenthaus does not charge for complimentary services such as TV, cleaning or bed linen.

There are 13 studio apartments available altogether, 4 of which have their own fully equipped kitchen. The other apartments have the use of a communal kitchen and a communal recreational area.

All apartments feature their own bathroom, luggage storage, radio and cable TV.

• Geaccepteerde creditcards: Creditcards worden niet geaccepteerd / uitsluitend contante betaling
• Borg: er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht.
• Internet: Draadloos internet is beschikbaar in het gehele hotel (gratis).
• Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
• Parkeergelegenheid: Gratis openbaar parkeren is mogelijk bij het hotel zelf.
• Extra kosten: 19 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. De 5% servicekosten per kamer per nacht zijn hierbij niet inbegrepen. EUR 1,00 stads-/toeristenbelasting per persoon per nacht niet inbegrepen.
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Alle kinderen tot 6 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Maximumaantal extra bedden in een kamer: 1.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering of wijziging tot 18.00 uur op de dag van aankomst worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt 80% van de totale reservering in rekening gebracht.

Routebeschrijving

From Schoenefeld Airport: Take the S45 S-Bahn (city rail) line in the direction of Hermann Strasse. At Neukölln station change for the S42 and exit at Schönhauser Allee. From here it is 5 minutes on foot to the AS Apartmenthaus. From the Hauptbahnhof (central train station): Take the S7 S-Bahn (city rail) line in the direction of Ahrensfelde until you reach Alexanderplatz. From here take the U2 U-Bahn (underground) line in the direction of Pankow until you reach Schönhauser Allee. From here it is 5 minutes on foot to the AS Apartmenthaus.
