• Annuleringen: Bij annulering of wijziging tot 5 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering of wijziging daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.

Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Upon arrival in Madrid, all guests must contact the property directly, at least 30 minutes before arriving at the apartments, using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property's staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests anticipating arrival after 21:00 must also advise the property on a different contact number that appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by the site. A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. This hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.
