At Home Nice Centre offers apartments located on differentes place in the centre of Nice, near popular places such as the Promenade des Anglais, Cours Saleya and the local beaches.

It features fully furnished and independent apartments equipped with modern en suite facilities and a complete kitchen.

All apartments are furnished in a contemporary style and spacious to provide you with a functional living space during your stay in Nice.

Some of the apartments are not serviced by a lift. Each apartment boasts a different location in the heart of Nice.

Enjoy the freedom granted to you by At Home Hotel, invite friends over and prepare dinner or use your space to relax. Your apartment is your home away from home.

The multi-lingual staff (English, Italian and French) offer personalised service. Upon check-in, you will be personally greeted and presented with the keys to your apartment.

After your booking has been processed, At Home Hotel - Nice Centre will email you instructions regarding check-in procedure.

Bed and bathroom linen are included in the apartment rate and a welcome pack awaits you in your apartment.

The address of your apartment will be given to you at the time of booking.

The hotel staff speaks English, Italian and French.

Let op! De hotelvoorwaarden kunnen per kamer, verblijfsperiode en tariefsoort verschillen. Kijk daarom altijd bij de kamerinformatie vóór u boekt.

• Borg: er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht.
• Internet: Draadloos internet is beschikbaar in sommige kamers (gratis).
• Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn toegestaan, op verzoek (geen extra kosten aan verbonden).
• Parkeergelegenheid: Betaald openbaar parkeren is mogelijk op een nabijgelegen locatie en er zullen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht.
• Extra kosten: 5,5 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. Servicekosten is niet van toepassing. EUR 0,70 stads-/toeristenbelasting per persoon per nacht niet inbegrepen.
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Babybedjes zijn niet beschikbaar. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering of wijziging tot 15 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering of wijziging tot 8 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum wordt 25% van de totale reservering in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering of wijziging tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum wordt 50% van de totale reservering in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering of wijziging tot 1 dag vóór de aankomstdatum wordt de totale reservering in rekening gebracht.

Please note the apartments are not in a residence but have various locations in the heart of Nice. For all studios, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after a studio inventory has been checked. For all apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after an apartment inventory has been checked. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure. Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express cards.
