Occupying a privileged position in the rural village of Coleshill, the welcoming James Guest House offers individually-designed rooms with modern comforts including DVD players and contemporary en suite bathrooms. The guest house is conveniently located for the M6 (toll) and M42 motorways. Coleshill Parkway Station is 1/2 a mile and takes 12 minutes to get to Birmingham New Street.

A well equipped guest kitchen is fully stocked for breakfast and allows the guest house to function as a self-serve and self-catering accommodation, there is a guest lounge and attractive garden to relax in. The whole house can be rented out for large groups.

The welcoming guest lounge is ideal after a long day, and features a 32 inch TV with DVD player and Freeview channels. The garden is also a peaceful place to relax in on a sunny day. The large guest kitchen has excellent facilities for self-service.

By Car From the M6; - At junction 4, take the A446 to Litchfield over 2 roundabouts, staying on the dual carriageway. - At the 3rd roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Litchfield Road. - Then take the first left into Doris Road, and the first left into James Road. - James House is at the top on the left, on the corner of James Road and Rose Road. From the M42: - At junction 9, take the A446 to Coleshill and Coventry. Stay on this road for 2/3 miles over the first roundabout and through 3 sets of lights. - At the next roundabout, take the first exit into Litchfield Road, the first left into Doris Road and the first left into James Road. - James House is at the end on the left, at the corner of James Road and Rose Road.
