Originally dating back to the mid-1600s, this Grade II listed cottage offers comfortable accommodation with modern facilities in hidden and unspoilt Whitnage, a quiet rural hamlet near Tiverton.

Whitnage offers panoramic views of the Culm Valley and the picturesque Blackdown Hills. Brambles is therefore ideal for a short break or holiday amid charming surroundings, or perhaps as a relaxed base for a work or social trip.

Travel cots, folding beds for children, highchairs and booster seats are available, if required. Less than 28 days' notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. Less than 72 hours' notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the full cost of the accommodation booked will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit. In the event of no-shows: the full cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit.

By Car: - Whitnage is situated less than 1.6 km (one mile) from Sampford Peverell, along a short section of traditional narrow high-banked lane. - Brambles is only 6.4 km (4 miles) from Tiverton town centre and has easy access to the M5 at junction 27 for Taunton, Wellington, Exeter, Cullompton, Honiton and the A361 for Tiverton, South Molton, Barnstaple and North Devon. By Train: The nearest mainline railway station, Tiverton Parkway, is 2.4 km (1.5 miles) away in the village of Sampford Peverell. It offers travel to Paddington, London in 2 hours. By Air: Exeter Airport is 32 km (20 miles) away, approximately a 20-minute drive. Bristol Airport is 64 km (40 miles) away, approximately a one hour drive.
