Balcony house is a Victorian family-run bed and breakfast offering clean, quality accommodation at an affordable price.
We are located on the north side of Kendal, a historical market town ever expanding and offering numerous shops pubs and restaurants.
We offer 2 en suite double rooms and the balcony room with four-poster bed and private bathroom directly opposite the room. Breakfast and free use of a local hotel pool, gym and spa is included in the cost of your stay.

The swimming pool, sauna and gym are located at the nearby Sanctuary Health Club, and are free for guests.

• Check-out: 10:00 uur
• Geaccepteerde creditcards: Creditcards worden niet geaccepteerd / uitsluitend contante betaling
• Borg: er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht.
• Internet: Draadloos internet is beschikbaar in het gehele hotel (gratis).
• Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
• Parkeergelegenheid: Gratis openbaar parkeren is mogelijk bij het hotel zelf.
• Extra kosten: 15 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. Servicekosten is niet van toepassing. Stads-/toeristenbelasting is niet van toepassing .
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.

By Car From the South: - Take junction 36 to Kendal. - Follow signs to the town centre and all other routes. - Then follow the A6 to Penrith. - At the Peugeot garage, take the first left on the mini roundabout and drive under the railway bridge. - You are now on Shap Road: carry on. - Balcony house is on the right, just before the pedestrian lights. From the North: - Take junction 39. - Follow signs for Kendal (15 miles). - On entering Kendal, Balcony House is on the left after the school playing fields and immediately after the pedestrian crossing.
