The restaurant uses only the best and freshest ingredients, sourced from specialist British suppliers to produce simple dishes of exceptional quality. A selection of menus are available during the day, including breakfast, bar and lounge daytime and evening snacks, a Sunday lunch menu and an à la carte menu. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the sheltered patio in the summer months or dine in the comfort of their room with 24-hour room service. The hotel's bar and lounge provide a comfortable and relaxed setting in which to meet friends or colleagues and enjoy an informal drink. The bar offers a full range of snacks, as well as main meals, alongside alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including spirits, beers, chilled wines and champagnes by the glass.
