Situated on the Promenade mid-way between Central and South Piers, this family friendly hotel is within easy walking distance of Blackpool's main attractions and shopping areas.

Once you arrive at the Kensington Hotel, you can leave your car and explore the town on foot. If you wish to venture further afield, there are bus and tram links opposite the hotel, taking you across the town and to the surrounding areas, such as, Fleetwood (home to one of the oldest traditional markets in Lancashire), Cleveleys and Freeport. During illumination season, a tram ride is a delightful way to see this unique spectacle.

For moments of relaxation you can take in the wonderful views over the Irish Sea of the sunset from the comfort of the sun lounge.

For those with restricted mobility, the hotel provides a lift to all floors and a ramp at side of the hotel giving easy access to main hotel entrance. However, please note that the inside of the hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs.

The Ball Room & Chelsea Bar host entertainment most evenings, including dancing and sing-a-longs provided by the resident DJs and organist, along with regular cabaret artistes and Bingo.

A games room with a pool table, video games and more is also available.

A late night key is available upon request, although the hotel does request that if you are coming back late that you respect other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.

Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud betalen 50% van het kamertarief per persoon per nacht wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud betalen GBP 8,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer. Maximumaantal babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 5 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de totale reservering in rekening gebracht.

Please note that should a booking be made for more than one night, 50% of the total amount is payable as a deposit and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no shows. Single sex groups are welcome, however Stag and Hen parties cannot be accommodated.

Distances: Blackpool Airport - approximately 2.5 miles Blackpool North Railway Station - approximately 1.5 miles Blackpool South Railway Station - approximately 1.5 miles Coach and bus station - approximately 1.5 miles By Car: From the M55 motorway: - Continue along the Blackpool link road (Yeadon Way). - After passing the petrol station to your left, turn right at the first roundabout (Waterloo Road). - Follow the road round to the lights and turn left. - Continue over the bridge and through the lights heading for the Promenade. - Turn right at the Promenade lights. - The hotel is just a few hundred yards further along. - If you pass Central Pier you have gone to far. Trams and buses stop right opposite the hotel.
