Located in the heart of Bath, this traditional Georgian townhouse has many original features and wonderful views across the Parade Gardens towards Bath Abbey.

Built in the 1740s, Parade Park is a few minutes walk from the Roman Baths, Pump Room, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and Thermae Bath Spa. Bath Spa Railway Station and Bath Bus Station are 3 minutes away.

Offering budget accommodation with good, clean rooms in the heart of the city, Parade Parks operate as a B&B and includes a continental breakfast. Free overnight public parking is available very close by (20:00 until 08:00).

Parade Park does not have a lift, so please be aware that there are stairs and no porter is available.

Reception is open daily between 08:00 and 21:00.

By Car: From London: - Head west on the M4 motorway. - Exit at junction 18 onto the A46. - Exit the A46 following signs for Bath, follow to City Centre. From the North: - Take the M5 motorway South. - Exit at junction 15 onto the M4. - Exit at junction 18. - Then, as above. From the Channel ports: - Take the M27 motorway West. - Join the A30 to Salisbury. - Continue onto Warminster on the A36. - The A36 will bring you into Bath. By Train: Bath Spa railway station is just a 3 minute walk from the Parade Park. By Coach: Avon Street coach park is just a 5 minutes walk from the Parade Park.
