In a secluded location high above the Cornish village of Newlyn, this beautiful property offers boutique-style accommodation.
Higher Faugan Parc was built in 1904 as a private house and has undergone extensive refurbishment. It is set in 10 acres with a large lawn for guest use.
Formerly the family home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes (founder of the Newlyn School of Art), Higher Faugan has 7 rooms, including 4 luxurious suites. All have an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Each suite has a studio kitchen/dining area.
Higher Faugan Parc is within easy reach of Lands End and St Ives. At Penzance you can walk through beautiful Mounts Bay and admire views of the English Channel.

The hotel is 20 minutes from Lands End Airport, which is due to become the new link to the Scilly Isles. Rail links and a heliport are nearby. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach. St Michaels Mount and the villages of Mousehole, Lamorna and Porthcurnow (home of the Minack Theatre) are minutes away by car.
