On the edge of the Black Country, on the A449, with good access to the region's major road network, the hotel offers free parking, comfortable en suite accommodation and good leisure facilities.

With a convenient location, on the A449 Kidderminster Road, the Kingfisher Hotel has 35 spacious and well-equipped rooms, including 3 honeymoon suites and 2 executive double rooms that are also suitable for families. All rooms have telephones, TVs, radios and tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel offers 24-hour check-in.

The leisure facilities include 2 fully equipped gym suites, a spa, a swimming pool, a solarium, a sauna and a steam room. There is also a beauty room. For guests staying in the honeymoon suites, access to the leisure facilities is included in the price and for all other guests access is at an additional cost.

The hotel has a traditional bar and a tastefully furnished restaurant with its own conservatory dining area.

On most Saturdays, the hotel hosts cabaret nights, featuring live entertainment, top tribute acts and everything from full banqueting to basket meals.

The hotel's Klassics Leisure is one of the Midlands' top health clubs and the 2 gym suites are well-equipped with all the usual facilities, including running machines, Concept II rowing machines, exercise bikes and cross-training machines. The centre also offers a series of classes each week including Pilates, circuit training and spinning.

There is also a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna and a solarium for that golden tan. Friendly, fully trained staff offer advice on diet and health.

The main function room can accommodate 375 people and has its own catering, a dance floor with stage and a full lighting rig.

The hotel's other function rooms and the front conservatories are great for small meetings.

The public bar has its own conservatory and offers a warm welcome and a range of beers, lagers, wines and spirits. A range of bar snacks are also available. The restaurant offers full à la carte dining with a range of dishes, all at affordable prices. This however is closed Friday and Sunday evenings.

The hotel’s convenient location means it offers good access to the region’s major road network. Birmingham Airport, the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and the NEC National Exhibition Centre and Both Wolverhampton and Stourbridge Train Stations. Both Wolverhampton and Stourbridge train stations are also within easy reach. On the borders of the Black Country, the hotel has a good location from which to explore all that the region has to offer. The Merry Hill Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in the UK, is just a few miles away. Also within easy reach, the Black Country Museum is an open-air museum of rebuilt historic buildings, recreating a bygone age. The Severn Valley Railway is a heritage steam railway in the region and you could also enjoy Dudley Zoo and castle and Himley Hall and gardens.
