Just a 5-minute bus journey from Princes Street and the very heart of the beautiful and historic city of Edinburgh, this family-run guest house offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Granville Guesthouse is an elegant Victorian building just 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the very centre of Edinburgh and 1 mile (1.6 km) from Murrayfield Stadium. Buses run regularly from the stop just outside the guest house to Princes Street and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station. Edinburgh Castle, Craiglockhart Tennis Centre and many other major attractions are also within easy reach.

There are 9 warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms available, most of which are en suite. All of the rooms were fully refurbished in 2008 and are clean and modern with TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided each day.

A full cooked English breakfast is included in the price.

The owners, Saida and Latif, took over the guesthouse in 1999 along with their 2 young sons and have been running it ever since. With their blend of Moroccan and Scottish hospitality, a warm welcome awaits you.

By Bus: The guest house is a 5-minute bus journey from Edinburgh city centre. The number 10 and the number 27 buses run from the stop right outside the guest house and go straight to Princes Street, Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station and the heart of the city. Both bus services run regularly in both directions. By Train: The guest house is a short bus journey from both Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station and Haymarket Railway Station. Alternatively, taxis are readily available from just outside both stations.
