Enjoy the quiet, unspoiled beauty of the Hebrides from Broad Bay House, just 7 miles (11 km) north of Stornoway. Each spacious, stylish room has free Wi-Fi, an iPod dock, a DVD player, solid oak furniture, Molton Brown toiletries and luxurious bedding.

Dinner is served overlooking the beach from the relaxed dining room (must be reserved 24 hours in advance). Ingredients are sourced from the islands where possible.

Room 1 has been designed for the less mobile (Category 1 accessible). It has a stylish luxury feel, making it suitable for everyone. The en suite bathroom is a large stylish wet-room with a power shower, a black sparkly non-slip floor, floor-to-ceiling tiles and a huge mirror. There is solid oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, a DVD home cinema system, an iPod dock, Italian leather armchairs and Molton Brown toiletries.

Room 2 is the largest room at Broad Bay House and has a super-king double bed with an oak headboard made locally by hand. The en suite bathroom has a large free-standing cast iron bath big enough for two. The room has solid oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, a DVD home cinema system, an iPod dock and Italian leather armchairs. The patio doors face west to catch the evening sun, and the decking area has seating and a table.

Room 3 has a solid oak king-size double bed. It has a private decking area that faces southwest to catch the afternoon sun. It is a great place to laze and look over the croftland to the sea. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower area with Grohe power shower, an oversized washbasin and Molton Brown toiletries. The room has solid oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, a DVD home cinema system, an iPod dock and Italian leather armchairs.

Room 4 faces east and looks out across the sea to the Scottish mainland. The patio doors open onto the decking area, which surrounds the entire east wing of the house. The whole area is bathed in the early morning light. The bed is a solid oak, king-size double and the room features an original painting by David Greenall. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower area with Grohe power shower, an oversized wash basin and Molton Brown toiletries. The room has solid oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, a DVD home cinema system, an iPod dock and Italian leather armchairs.
