Every apartment is elegantly furnished and stylishly decorated with a well-equipped modern kitchen and a lounge with an LCD flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. Each apartment features contemporary luxuries, including iPod docking stations, DVD players and high-quality toiletries.

The luxury 2-bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms and a private balcony, while the 3-bedroom dual-level apartments have their own private roof terrace.

The Spinnaker Tower and the designer shops, popular bars and fine restaurants of Gunwharf Quays are just a 5-minute walk away. Portsmouth Harbour Railway Station and ferries to Gosport and the Isle of Wight are also only 5 minutes' from the apartments.

• Borg: De totale reserveringswaarde wordt in rekening gebracht uiterlijk 7 dagen vóór de dag van aankomst en kan worden gerestitueerd.
• Internet: Internet via modem is beschikbaar in de kamers (gratis).
• Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
• Parkeergelegenheid: Gratis privé parkeren is mogelijk bij het hotel zelf; reserveren is vereist.
• Extra kosten: 15 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. Servicekosten is niet van toepassing. Stads-/toeristenbelasting is niet van toepassing .
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Kinderen ouder dan 13 jaar zijn welkom. Extra bedden zijn niet beschikbaar. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering buiten deze termijn wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht. Als u niet komt opdagen (no-show), wordt de totale reservering in rekening gebracht.

Belangrijke informatie

The Admiralty Quarter will ask for a GBP 300 damage deposit at check-in. This is refundable on departure after satisfactory inspection of your apartment. Unruly behaviour or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Non-corporate bookings are not accepted for guests under 21 years old. Keys are to be collected from the car park office, accessed via the passageway behind Admiralty Tower. Keys can be collected between 14:00 and 19:00. Any collections after 19:00 must be prearranged. Should you wish to gain entrance into the secure car park, you must provide your car registration number before arrival. Internet USB devices must be reserved before arrival.
