Make the most of the easy access to the Cuatro Torres business area and the Berbabeu Stadium. Thanks to the metro stops Tetuán and Valdeacederas being nearby the Salvia 4 Apartments, you can easily access other parts of the city and balance work and leisure if desired.

• Parkeergelegenheid: Betaald openbaar parkeren is mogelijk bij het hotel zelf; reserveren is vereist en kost EUR 15,00 per dag .
• Extra kosten: 7 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. Servicekosten is niet van toepassing. Stads-/toeristenbelasting is niet van toepassing .
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Eén kind tot 2 jaar oud mag gratis in de kamer verblijven, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Eén kind tot 2 jaar oud betaalt EUR 5,00 per nacht babybedje inbegrepen. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer. Maximumaantal babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 20 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt 30% van de totale reservering in rekening gebracht.

Belangrijke informatie

Check-in Instructions: Guest must notify staff of their expected time of arrival at least 40 minutes before reaching the apartments. Staff of the apartments will wait at the appointed time. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that check-in is not possible between 00:00 and 07:30. The total rate for the reservation will be paid upon arrival. Please note that American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. The deposit of 150 euros must be paid by cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at departure once the condition of the apartment has been approved. Cleaning: A change of towels is included in the price and takes place every 3 days. A change of bed linen and housekeeping service (excluding the kitchen) takes place every 7 days. Guest can request extra cleaning at an additional fee.
