In this stylish new development, the light and airy luxury apartments feature contemporary facilities, including 32-inch LCD TVs, DVD players and well-equipped kitchens with combined washing machines and tumble dryers.

Two miles (3.2 km) south of the city centre, the apartments are close to the bustling bars and shops of the Lisburn Road area and the Boucher Road retail and business centre. There are several major bus routes nearby and South Belfast's Balmoral Railway Station is just 0.6 miles (1 km) away.
