In the heart of Veneto region, among green Prosecco hills, Asolo and Bassano del Grappa, the family run Hotel San Giacomo will provide a nice and relaxing stay.

The hotel was renewed in 2001 and is set in Paderno del Grappa a favoured tourist destination since the 1950s, with visitors coming to enjoy the green and quiet atmosphere at the foot of the sacred Mount Grappa.

The San Giacomo is the ideal starting point to visit the surroundings, to practice sports in the area or a homely place to stop during your business travels.

Start your days having breakfast in the Belvedere breakfast room, overlooking the Venetian plain and Monte Grappa, an amazing view that will stay forever in your heart and leave you speechless.

If you are travelling for business take advantage of the extensive facilities and care offered by the hotel. The San Giacomo also has arrangements with the opposite Filippin Campus Clubwhere you can relax in the Olympic size swimming pool and gym. Business meetings with 40/45 attendants can be arranged, including a coffee break service or buffet.

Restaurants en cafés

Reserve a table in advance at Il Melograno, the hotel's own restaurant where you can taste delicious cooking. In the rich and varied menu you will always find seasonal products, such as Radicchio di Treviso, prepared in many different ways. The restaurant also offers several cold meats and typical cheeses accompanied by the traditional polenta (a dish made from boiled cornmeal). Local red and white wines are available. When you add on half-board service, a half litre of water per person will be included in the half-board rate.

From Marco Polo airport (Venezia): - Take the SS14 for 790 metres. - Take the A27 for 19 km. - Exit at Treviso Sud. - Continue towards Treviso. - Take the SP62 for 1 km until Treviso. - Take the SS348 (towards Montebelluna). - Take the SS248 (towards Bassano del Grappa) until One' di Fonte. - At One' di Fonte's stop light, turn following directions for Paderno del Grappa/Crespano del Grappa. - After 5/6 km you will find a roundabout, the hotel is right in front of it. From the motorway A13 (Bologna-Roma): - Exit Padova and take the SS47 for 33 km (towards Cittadella, Bassano del Grappa). - From Bassano del Grappa go towards Montebelluna until One' di Fonte; then follow as described above. From Treviso airport: - Take the SS348 until Montebelluna, then follow as described above. From the A4 motorway (Milano, Brennero towards Venezia): - In Vicenza take the A31 for 16 km and exit Dueville. - Take the SS248 (towards Bassano del Grappa- Montebelluna) until One' di Fonte, then follow as above. From the A4 motorway (Tarvisio, Trieste towards Venezia): - Exit Noventa di Piave. - Take the road to Treviso. - From Treviso take the SS348 until Montebelluna, then follow as above.
