Tradition, culture and rural hospitality are uniquely combined at the Holiday Residence. Nestled in the beautiful Apulian countryside, it's position offers tranquil surroundings for a relaxing break.

Located near the sea, and close to Bari, Holiday Residence offers the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, whilst enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

Surrounded by tall trees, the residence offers privacy and picturesque views, which you can enjoy from the apartment terraces or the bar.

The property offers various facilities including mini-golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, open-air dance floor, reading room, meeting room, television room, a chapel and gazebos. Use of certain facilities comes at extra costs in August.

The property's farm produces it's own wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, and breeds pigs and chickens. Holiday Residence sells it's own products including wine, olive oil, jams and homemade liqueur.

Due to the rural location of the apartments, the owner suggests that you have access to a car during your stay.

Restaurants en cafés

The restaurant offers traditional, homemade meals. It is open daily, from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:00. The bar is open daily from 07:30 to 22:30. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. There is a small surcharge for having breakfast served in the restaurant.

• Check-out: 11:00 uur

• Borg: er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht.
• Internet: Draadloos internet (hotspot) is beschikbaar in de kamers (gratis).
• Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
• Parkeergelegenheid: Gratis privé parkeren is mogelijk bij het hotel zelf.
• Extra kosten: 10 % BTW zijn inbegrepen. Servicekosten is niet van toepassing. Stads-/toeristenbelasting is niet van toepassing .
• Kinderen en extra bedden: Alle kinderen zijn welkom. Alle kinderen tot 3 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden. Alle kinderen tot 3 jaar oud betalen EUR 5,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.
• Annuleringen: Bij annulering tot 10 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.

Belangrijke informatie

An extra charge of EUR 26.00 per apartment is due for final cleaning and gas consumption. Please note that during August you will be charged a small additional fee (approximately EUR 12.00 for adults and less for children) to use Holiday Residence's sport facilities (e.g. pool, tennis, etc). For the rest of the year these facilities are available free of charge. Please let the hotel know your expected arrival time in order to arrange check-in. Check-in must be carried out by 20:00; please advise the hotel if you intend to arrive later.
