Recently renovated by the Grifoni family, this impressive country home remains faithful to its original design that dates back to the 13th century. From May until October, you can take a dip in the elegant swimming pool where you will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills. Residenza Il Colle is designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. You can find free private parking and free use of internet connections.

At Residenza Il Colle you will be in a perfect spot to discover Italy's Renaissance cities such as Florence (13 km) and Siena (km 50). You will also be near the smaller yet famous walled cities of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra.

Residenza Il Colle is located in the Chianti region, just outside the charming town of Impruneta, and situated on the famous Chianti wine road that connects Siena and Florence.

Routebeschrijving

By car: - Take the A1 motorway. - Exit at Firenze Certosa. - Follow directions to Ipruneta (6 km). - Turn left after the Shell gas station, following the directions to Pozzolatico. - Continue for about 700 metres and turn right into Via Falcone. - At the end of it you will get to Via Codacci, turn left; the hotel is the first big house that you will see on the left. - Take the A1 motorway. - Exit at Firenze Sud. - Follow the road for 10 km in the direction of Impruneta. - Pass through Grassina to Chiantigiana on the SS 222. - Pass the Ugolino Golf Club and turn right in the direction of Impruneta. - After the village, turn right in the direction of Pozzolatico. - Continue for about 700 metres and turn right into Via Falcone. - At the end of it you will get to Via Codacci, turn left; the hotel is the first big house that you will see on the left. From Vespucci airport, Florence: - Follow the road in the direction of Porta Romana Square. - Continue in the direction of Galluzzo and A1 motorway - Siena. - Follow the directions to Impruneta (don't get on the motorway to Siena or A1). - After about 6 km, turn left after the Shell gas station, following the directions to Pozzolatico. - Continue for about 700 metres and turn right into Via Falcone. - At the end of it you will get to Via Codacci, turn left; the hotel is the first big house that you will see on the left. By bus: There are daily bus services from Santa Maria Novella railway station.
