The complex is located in Marina of Pulsano, in a wide bay, sheltered from the wind, facing out on to the Ionian sea.

The hotel's private, white sand beach can be accessed directly from the hotel, and has all facilities including lifeguards, beach umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and towels.

There are 2 swimming pools at the complex, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children.
Both the swimming pools and the private beach are only
available from 30th May to 19th September 2009.

The complex has a private out door car park and a private covered garage for guests use. Both are secure and guarded.

There is a spinning centre (in the summer months) and a diving centre, where guests can work towards diving licences and qualifications for various levels of skill and experience. You can dive and discover the sights and mysteries of the seabed or try to discover the remains of the ancient Roman ships further out to sea in the depths of the bay.

The hotel offers an American Bar, located in the main part of the hotel, bar 'Le Sirene' near the outdoor swimming pool and a spacious terrace. The hotel has 2 restaurants, Sala Moresca and Sala Aragonese and other 2 outdoor restaurants, la Corte (which can accommodate up to 60 people) and the Terrazza sul mare (up to 200 people).

By Air: The hotel is approximately 20 km from Grottaglie Airport in Taranto, 60 km from Papola Casale Airport in Brindisi and 90 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. By Car: - From the A14 motorway, take the Adriatica exit from Taranto, the SS106 Jonica, or the SS100 Appia. - From Taranto, go along the Litoranea Salentina to Marina di Pulsano along the coast. Parking: Parking is available free of charge.
