    The hotel is in a good location for the shops,Cia or the Millenieum Stadium

    Both the rooms and the hotel would benefit from some refurbishment

    Booking on internet had not been passed to hotel; only room available was in annex on 4th floor with no lift. No soap in room.

    "OK but I was with my mate, we just needed a city hotel to crash in so it was ok for us. I wouldnt take my partner there for a romantic evening, as the beds squeek!" (108341304)

    The location and staff were brilliant, good value for money as we were attending a match at the millenium stadium accross the road.If you need a bed good bar next door right in the city, this is the place for you.

    This hotel has so much going for it, but it needs a major refurb. Beds, rooms were clean, but the decor needs to be updated.

    Friendly and helpful staff in every section of the hotel. Central position. Good breakfast. Good size room for sharing and wardrobe space adequate. Appreciated the trouser press. Attention of staff to personal needs eg. arranged most suitable rooms for those with walking difficulties or problems with stairs.

    No lift but the immediate attention of staff on arrival and departure to help with luggage compensated for this.

    The staff were very nice, breakfast good.

    Hotel room was a bit dated but linen clean. My only problem was the hot water in shower, one minute boiling the next freezing.

    The staff at this hotel are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Other hotels may be "five star," but the people here make the Sandringham feel like home away from home.

    Ottimo il servizio in ristorante per la colazione, e il buon collocamento in centro città dell'hotel.

    Non veniva sistemato a dovere il letto (le lenzuola stropicciate come lasciate la mattina), la moquette della camera sporca, sarebbe bene avere un pò più di cura nella pulizia, il giorno dell'arrivo abbiamo trovato gli asciugamano deteriorati, mentre i cambi dei giorni successivi sono stati discreti.

    "I would definitely stay there again. The staff and location far outweighed the inconvenience of no hot water on one morning and noisey bar patrons." (108308107)

    Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excelent location for travelers, close to bus and train stations and walking distance to interesting places and great resteraunts and shopping venues.

    there was no hot water at about 7 am my first morning but at other times of day it was fine. Patrons at the local bars are very noisy at throwing out time ( about 1:30 am) which would only affect people who like to start their day early and is not something which the hotel can control

    "Hotel was everything I required for an overnight stay. All staff, reception, catering and housekeeping, were friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation in staying again - and all those stairs keep you fit!" (107913575)

    Excellent location, friendly efficient staff, value for money.

    It's NOT a bad point as far as I'm concerned but some would object to having to walk up the stairs-- the hotel has no lift.
