    We found the room to be very clean and the bed was excellent in size and comfort. Excellent room with t.v cd player and an i pod docking station which i was unaware of till i got there. I will Know to bring my cds and i pod when i return on the 17th Oct for my stay there.

    Have none was an excellent hotel and very friendly staff.

    Very nice hotel, great staff, good location

    Only minor things that could od with attention: Room service food from the restaurant was adequate, but not as good as you'd expect from such a high-class hotel (however there are plenty of good bars and restaurants in the immediate area). There was a minor booking cockup - the booking was made by me, in my name, with an additional second guest(we double-checked this afterwards, the main booking and first room on activehotels were definitely in my name); for some reason the hotel had no booking in my name but two in the name of the second guest. My room had no bath, only a shower; my colleague had to move rooms because his shower didn't work (though he had a bath in his room!)

    Wonderful comfy bed! Nice shower with special shower head - the best I had all my holiday.

    V. noisy due to open space under door. i could hear every cupboard slam shut, talking in the halls and a pounding sound that made me wonder if there was construction nearby. Luckily I have a noise masking machine I always travel with that makes "white" noise to drown out other sounds. I could also hear every word of my neoghbor's tv and had to turn my up to drown theirs out.

    Screw up on billing and charging - the wrong amount was charged to my card without my authority or knowledge on arrival which has led to a major problem with my credit card company: I would not be prepared to provide my payment details in advance again on this basis

    Lively. Very charming staff in reception and dining room. Good evening meal in pleasant surroundings.

    Shower tray quickly to overflowing as water slow to leave/plughole blocked. Breakfast could be improved.

    The staff fitted me in early, which was extremely handy after getting through Gatwick. Nice shower room, very modern, coffee facilities very welcome

    "This is a great hotel in a good location, close to shops resturants and entertainment. The desk staff, concierge and resturant staff are very welcoming but the hotel is badly let down by the housekeeping staff. The rooms are generally clean as are the bathrooms but the details are forgotten e.g wardrobe shelves, table legs etc." (48411421)

    Was able to write clean me in the dust on the wardrobe shelf. My colleague was unable to check in until after 3pm and only then because we insisted that a room be made available before we left for an afternoon/evening meeting

    "The staff in the restaurant were to real stars of the hotel and the front of house could learn a great deal from them. I would like to especially mention Sean Adams, and Stephen,Agnieska and Anna. They were really super." (3304187949)

    The view from the room was on to the main street.

    The fact that I had booked a superior double and was clearly given something of lesser quality and since it was my fiancee's birthday, I was very disappointed.

    "I was suprised to learn that breakfast was not included when I arrived in the breakfast room. My understanding was that the cost was inclusive of breakfast. Having said this, I was very pleasantly suprised with the standards of the hotel - staff were courteous and allways helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending your hotel to anyone looking for high quality and extremely comfortable accommodation."     "I arrived at the hotel too early for check-in, which was fine as was travelling light i.e. toothbrush and clean undies, and was spotted by one of the porters. He asked if he could help and I told him I'd never been to Belfast before and asked if he could reccommend things to do and he did. Plenty. He was nice, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Actually, all the staff I dealt with were lovely. I would have preferred if my breakfast the next morning had've arrived when requested and not 40 minutes early ( I was on an overnight 'leisure' trip to escape children ), also, an hour before check in someone knocked on my door and then opened it ( it had been locked ). That I did find annoying, as a woman staying alone it was a little nerveracking to hear door open when alone!! Apart from that, which I actually forgot to mention on checkout, it was a very enjoyable stay." (3304272574)

    It was so very comfortable. Lavish without feeling fussy.

    I had a beautiful room and I probably should have checked but I was disappointed to find I didn't have a bath. A fantastic shower and rubber duck but it's no fun floating a duck in a shower!

    "Although I had been to the Europa before and enjoyed my stay, this time I was allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms and was very impressed. The brown leather furnishings were very elegant and the overall decor was chic but not ostentatious. The bathroom was stunning, especially the lovely deep bath and the 'rainfall' style shower. Good to see the rubber duck is still very much in evidence! The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat screen tv situated on the wall opposite the foot of the bed made for very laid-back viewing. The breakfast was every bit as good as I remembered from my last stay. A lovely hotel and I will return." (3304250918)

    it needs a refurbishment the receptionist who booked me in should be more welcoming - the one who booked me out was very welcoming and pleasant.

    "Great central location within easy walking distance of city centre shops and attractions. Easily reached from the City Airport on the shuttle bus for a mere £1.20. Very pleasant and helpful staff. An extremely comfortable bed with plenty of pillows for a very restful sleep." (2822668)

    The fabulous breakfast served till 11am, great after a late night on the town.

    As with most hotels, a shower curtain that keeps the water from soaking the bathroom floor would be good.

    "I couldn't have asked for any better. The hotel itself was fantastic. Did not try the restaurant but the piano bar is lovely. People very friendly. Hotel is so central, near the shopping streets, a few restaurants nearby (one of which we tried and had an superb meal), next door to the Grand Opera House where we had booked to see a show. The overnight stay exceeded my expectations in every way. Will definitely be back but next time for 2 or 3 nights." (2833901)

    Rooms were an excellent size, plenty of furniture but still so roomy. Bathroom had a seperate bath and shower.

    Marble on the wall in the bathroom damp stained around the shower area. Ordered breakfast in the room but would probably go to brasserie in future. Tea was cold and no jam/marmalade for the toast/croissants. However, this did not take away from our overall impression of the hotel which was excellent.

    The hotel is well located. The food and service was excellent. Room very comfortable

    The bedspread was not as clean as I would expect of any accommodation. More attention should be paid to this as cleanliness is very important to most hotel users. This was the one and only disappointing part of our stay.
