    The rooms we got were quiet and better than ordered...

    We didn't get the rooms as ordered - in the main building and next to each other. The selling in of the upgraded rooms in the "annex" could have been better

    "In general I thought this hotel to be very reasonabley priced and luxurious enough during my business travels. this image was marred by the issues with the room service. If this was my first stay in the hotel I probably would try somewhere esle next time. I had booked the hotel on my weekday business experience, but my wife whi had not stayed there before was not very impressed. I will stay for business trips in the future, but probably not for personal trips." (107603033)

    Very Clean and enjoyable hotel, used for Buisiness purposes usually. Becuase of my expierince on business trips decided to use this weekend on a shopping trip with my Family.

    no room service available in rooms across the street. Not even allowed to take drinks or food across ourselves. this was very disappointing. Had to get take-away food and eat in the room... Weekend breakfast was a very low key afair compared to the weekday offerings.

    "Construction work out back did make it very noisy but that is of no fault to the hotel, The room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Also in the hotel when people upstairs are walking about, it can be a bit noisy. Menu was very bad and food wasn't great either, would definitely expect more from a four star hotel. Rooms and lobby were lovely but the bar could be a little more comfortable, a little refubishing perhaps but overall enjoyed my stay." (97968149)

    "The location was good with excellent access to all Belfast's facilities and several good local restaurants.However they were not needed as the food at the Malone Lodge was delicious,plentiful and good value. The only change i would have preferred[other than a bath] would have been to be able to stay a few more nights." (97931491)

    Immaculately clean and spacious with real comfort and ambience.

    Only had a shower,missed the relaxation of a hot bath.

    "The breakast staff were devoid of the ability to smile or pass the time of day." (97247624)

    It was modern and clean.

    Initially they did not allocate the standard of accommodation booked. As well as your confirmation I had faxed them to confirm booking. Despite our best efforts they had failed to allocate the standard of room booked. It required a discussion with Duty Manager and guest upset to resolve this basic error. Dreadful!!!!

    i had requestd a quiet room as i was recovering from a serious illness but was given the room above the disco area and after the disco was over the guests that were at it returned to room next door to us and partied until 5am i did complain but nothing was done so i am exhausted

    I have to say, as a Belfast man who was studying at Queens when your hotel was being established....I had never had the opportunity to visit you. However, having matured somewhat in the intervening years and travelled alot....I can honestly say that I had the best meal I've had ANYWHERE in the last few years. I mean this sincerely. I am no retaurant snob, but I have eaten in many establishments in many different countries over the years..I'm easliy pleased. The fact that our meal came via room service, made it all the more impressive. I can't recommend it highly enough. Top marks as far as I'm concerned. Thank you all - don't let the standards slip..........

    The accommodation was lovely, no complaints re the room at all.

    The booking included breakfast, the breakfast was a big disappointment, the only good thing being the tea, the rest was left virtually untouched, not appetising at all!!

    "When I booked the accommodation on line it was helpful to see what the hotel and rooms looked like, also the information given on line about the hotel was very informative. On arrival at the hotel every picture that we had seen on line was just as good if not better in real terms. The staff are so nice, as we stay at the hotel quite often it seems like home from home!"     Bar though smallish served food if you didnt want a full meal

    A humming in the room and the toliet fan going all night, a toilet floor that had been polished so fine that it was dangerous (slippy) and Slade at 7.25 in the morning wisshing me a merry christmas

    Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Great breakfast to set you up for a busy days shopping!

    When we tried to get dinner on the Friday evening there was no bar food available just what was being served at a Christmas party being held in the hotel.

    Location: nice area, city 15mins walk, handy for Lisburn Road or Botanic Avenue. Parking good.

    Spectacularly overpriced! Tiny room (a single here is a single bed with one side against a wall) with poor outlook - kitchen extractors - with one night's sleep wrecked by noise from rooftop fan

    The bed was VERY comfortable - might have to buy one like it. Staff were professional, friendly and courteous.
