  It was a wonderfully run hotel and in a prime location to the downtown square area.

  Wish parking could have been closer but not the hotels fault.

  It was one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed in, we couldn't fault it. The breakfast was very good as well.

  Location. Easy distance from Station.Character of Hotel. Free coffee. Room sizes. They took notice of our advanced requirements and provided them. Receptionists were excellent and extremely helpful

  Breakfast sometimes a little slow to clear tables. Lack of free books left by previous guests

  "I loved that you could have tea,coffee or hot chocolate at any time of day, we used the kettle in our room. The kids loved the English tv channels too. The train station was just an 8 minute walk away and the centre only 2 minutes with many lovely restaurants. I would have liked to have known that the taxi could not get to the hotel due to barriers so I could have saved money getting out of the taxi at the barrier rather than waiting for the barrier to be lowered. Overall our stay was a delight and we will be back soon!" (99308073)

  It was very comfortable, extremely helpful and friendly staff and the unlimited help yourself breakfast was simply brilliant, my children aged 7 and 9 can't wait to return to this hotel.The central location in a car free zone was also wonderful and the ducks on the doorstep were a bonus and a joy for the children.

  I wouls have liked a minibar fridge, not for the drinks which were available down a corridor, but to use for my daughters eczema creams and to keep milk cold in.other than this there was nothing to dislike!

  Being to borrow movies in the hall and play them on the TV/VCR combo in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

  Quite a lot of noise next door.
