  L'hotel est bien situé, la chambre est agréable. Le lit confortable.

  Le salon est trop petit pour le petit déjeuner. On se sent pressé de déguerpir pour laisser la place...

  "I feel this was in no way a 4* hotel, but was at best a 2*. I booked this hotel based on this star-rating and it's location. The location was good, but I would definately not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone." (99642752)

  Nice lobby area with free internet access. They kindly kept our luggage when we arrived as we were too early for check in.

  Although we arrived at 11am, we could not check in until 3, but manager said he would have a room for us by 2. We waited in the lobby from 1:30pm & only when I approached the desk at 3:20 were we given a room. We were in clear view of the 4-5 staff behind the counter at all times & nobody called us to say the room was ready or offered us tea/coffee while we waited. We had to change room 3 times - 1st one was next to elevator, 2nd one had 2 single beds instead of double. When we asked for 1 with double bed, we got another one with 2 single beds. Finally we got one with a very small double bed, again next to elevator. Room was very small & bathroom miniscule. Carpet & curtains were grubby. Also noisy maintenance work being done on the pipework from early morning. Despite 'Do not disturb' sign on door, door opened both by housekeeping & maintenance staff.

  "Room very poor. Sewage smell in bathroom, dirty items if drinking glasses, very small bathroom with poor facilities etc etc etc" (99971113)
