    "- it was ok as it was near the train station but its not something that i would likely go back to." (108176321)

    Kristy at the front desk was very nice and helpful

    - i specifically booked a room with twin beds as shown on the internet because i am travelling with a person who is not my partner. however, upon booking in, we were given a room with a double bed and told there were no such rooms with twin beds in the hotel - i tried to use the computer to go on the internet. they had two that were not in use. when i went to buy a voucher, they told me that they were out of vouchers and therefore would not be able to use the computer. i'm not sure why they think the voucher system makes any sense when most other places only require a money deposit or money submitted directly into the machine. i was not happy with this process.

    Sataffs were very freindly Public parking nearby and access to public transport ver good

    No sing for lifts or satirs, difficult to find. Provided only two tae bads for a day No parking, have to pay around £12 to park in nearby parking

    "Lake of friendliness from Peception Staff. Ran out of Internet Vouchers which shouldn't happen in a busy Hotel & yet Staff not willing to direct Clients to closest Internet Cafe. Ran out of coffee on 2 occassions @ breakfast time which definetly should not be happening in a 3 Star Hotel Staff that served in Resturant weren't dressed appropriately , Studs in the mouth & hair not adequately tied back when dealing with food."     Overall service, friendliness needs to improve greatly. Take a leaf out of Premier Inn, Old Trafford, Manchester Hotel Staff as I stayed there for 3 nights & thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

    it was for my mother &father when they got there they fond out when came to pay my father did not have a credit card so he was going to pay with cash because he did not have id they did not get to stay

    One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, excellent breakfast, lovely room, cool and well decorated. Complimentary highland water still and sparkling and dressing gown where a nice surprise upon entering the room. Definitely stay again, try the panoramic lift and go to level 16 at night beautiful views across the Clyde.

    No window that opened in room to let in natural breeze. This is probably a health and safety issue so I can understand it not being there. To be honest I can’t pick any fault or bad point as the experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

    Check in staff very helpful and efficient, went up for rock concert staff very helpful with details on travel to and from the event. On passing reception was asked each time if everything was ok. The breakfast also was very good value for money .

    Only 1 lift seemed to be working

    Good location for city centre. Quiet at night in spite of proximity to motorway & rail station. Bedroom very clean & well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with decent selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt & cooked food. Decent dinner menu in the restaurant with competent & friendly staff

    Very processed orange juice at breakfast. Pillows too soft. Directions from motorway from south quite confusing.

    Clean. helpfull polite staff especialy on checkin and out. The greeter in the restaraunt was outstanding made a real effort to build rapport and build on common ground, Only sorry didnt get her name (Small dark hair greeter at breakfast at 09.15 22.06.09 I work in the communication ( Media) industry she was exceptional be careful may try and headhunt her.

    Central location Clean sheets Hot shower

    First room given smelled badly of cigarettes. Second Room-kept awake all night by hissing noise from air conditioning vent. Also, three bad burst areas on bathroom inner door where there had obviously been a fight. No towels-asked reception at 2.30pm when we went out. We returned at 10.30pm still no towels. When phoned reception were told to come down and get some. Breakfast-white bread had mould on it. When replaced, the replaced bread also had mould on it. No teaplates to put bread on. Only some sausages and beans on hot plate-had to stand 10 mins before other food brought out. No plates-customers had to ask-no muffins/croissants/customers had to ask.

    "Staff and facilites were good- but the nosie levels were too high for me to ever want to stay in the Charing Cross Premier hotel again - regretfully." (97908188)

    Staff were attentive and pleasant.

    Although the hotel facilites were generally good, the noise levels both inside and outside the hotel were very high indeed. Between crying children( at 1.45 am) , bottles being empited into a container( at 2.30 am) , containers being removed and replaced by a lorry( at 4.30 am) , and drunks shouting at the top of their voices beween two and four o' clock in the morning, after leaving local bars and clubs - I did not have a very restfull night!

    "As a business traveller I needed to use the Internet, I was amazed that I could not thought read my attachments which were for me very important, that was a great dissapointment." (97501059)

    The staff were very friendly and most were very efficient.

    On my last night at dinner, they served my first course, the rest of the group had the second course. I waited for 45 mins for my course eventually it arrived but not what I asked, subsequently after 1 hr I was told the chef had forgotten to do my rice and they offered me a complimentary sweet. VERY HILARIOUS dont you thinK!?

    "we were pleased with the hotels proximety to the city centre. we were a large group of 5 adults and 3 children and were pleased with the dining room staff who quickly arranged tables to accomodate our party. they were also courteous pleasant and very professional. having the rail station next door added greatly to our ability to move about the city and beyond. we had a good travel experience and will use this hotel again" (97003679)

    "If there was on line booking for wheelchair users I didn't see it, we ended up on the 11th floor even after I'd phone to enquire. I'd read reports about the outside noise, but it was far worse than I ever imagined, double glazing should have been used to prevent this from happening." (97103360)

    Clean, tidy and comfortable, all the staff we met were cheerful, very helpful and friendly.

    Not a lot of room for my wheelchair, a lot of noise from the surrounding streets
