    Excellent guest house, good size bedroom and bathroom,good shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was a good choice.

    The staff were extremelly welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the breakfast provided was wonderful!

    Location + the welcome we received by our hosts was second to none. Our room was excellent.

    "From the moment of our arrival my wife and I were made very welcome with a pot of tea and we had a nice long chat with the owner.As we did not know Ayr we were given a very good guide for places to eat and a verty handy map so we didnt get lost.Breakfast next day was very good with a wide range of choices."     Room was very spacious, clean and well kept.Bathroom also good size and very clean.

    Our accomodation was wonderful. The bedroom was large and the amenities were a nice touch (biscuits, candy, various teas, coffee). The hostess was very helpful when asked about restaurants and when giving directions. Breakfast was very good.

    "Lovely room with added touch of sweets, bottled water with teas & coffees. Owners were a lovely couple who were very apologetic about lateness of cleaning room due to laundry problems, but we were able to leave bags & return when all was done.
