    "wouldn't want to spend a week there but it served the purpose of a break in journey to Ebbsfleet with convenient location and plenty of parking" (107196034)

    foreign workers whose command of english is not good and their accents difficult to understand breakfast food could be of better quality eg free range eggs instead of anaemic looking battery eggs. The 'greasy food' smell coming from the building on our arrival encouraged us to look elsewhere for an evening meal. Reception on the t.v was poor

    THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

    THE ROOM WAS COLD AND COULD NOT GET THE HEATER TO WORK PROPERLY, THE ENGLISH BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR AND NOT COMPARABLE WITH THE ALTERNATIVE BUFFET OR CONTINENTAL OPTIONS. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE RECEIVED A GOOD MEAL EVEN IF THIS COST MORE AND IT SEEMS RIDICULOUS TO CHARGE THE SAME PRICE FOR ALL THREE OPTIONS AND PROVIDE A BAD SERVICE BECAUSE OF THIS.

    Clean, easy to get to,good car park, value for money

    check in was a farce, after having booked six rooms weeks in advance reception said we did not book six and only have four, we had paperwork to prove they were wrong but this was ignored so some of us had to share rooms, however later we were told we were right and we have got six romms but by then we had setteled to stay putt, only to be told that normally they would charge us for not taking up the last two rooms but let us off this time,they seemed to have forgot it was there cock up in the first place, we should have been asking for a refund not been told we have been let off.Other bad point was a coach arriving at 3.00am waking us all up and breakfast was a bit small

    Good friendly staff and a good clean tidy hotel. The food in the restaurant was really good as was the service, and the service in the bar was friendly and relaxing.

    Overall our stay was good, with helpful and friendly staff.

    There were no spare pillows and blanket in the room as advertised, they did provide a pillow when I asked. The full cooked breakfast was barely warm, but it was an economically priced hotel which, I imagine accounts for the fact that they couldn't afford to light the cooker !

    Good, clean, basic accomodation with all the facilities needed for a one/two night stay. Liked the idea of the Bistro - good value for money.

    Have stayed here in the past and as the hotel is on the edge of an industrial area, you can get lorry noise in the early hours. This was not a problem this time however as our room was away from this.

    Standards of cleanliness were excellent and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower was one of the best I have come across in a hotel.

    Breakfast was good although those of my party who had the cooked breakfast were not impressed. The evening meals did not do the hotel any credit - at one point my colleague was trying to identify the components of her meal - and failed. We had the rest of our evening meals elsewhere during this 5 day stay.

    Good quick no frills service. Fair priced restaurant with good service. Good showers!

    Rooms a bit bland, but for a one/two night stay no problem. Run the gauntlet of smokers to enter the building. Lets be fair though they can't smoke inside.

    Nothing...the hotel looked fine on the outside but the rooms were old, out dated and the only way i could describe them are to resemble prison cells. awful!!! I cant recommend anything as I didnt eatthere. Couldnt wait to leave after i woke!

    rooms were horrible and old...very un-inviting! plugs and mirrors were in stupid places for females to get ready in the room ie:- put make up on and dry hair..bathrooms were unventillated..i seriously felt like I was staying in a prison cell not to mention the fire alarm waking us up at a stupid time - to be fair I guess that wasnt the hotels fault.
