    La cercanía del centro de Londres y 2 estaciones de metro a 200 mtrs. del hotel.También su "aspecto de hotel".

    El no tener a nadie de habla hispana en la recepción del hotel.No todos los que viajamos fuera de España tenemos por que saber idiomas.

    the civil staff was quick to solve any problems i made them aware of.

    1st room had NO windows and was in the basement. canged that w/no problem, the following morning. 2nd room was on the top floor with 2 windows. one window leaked when it rained. tv only worrked on 2 channels and not very well. refrigerator did not work at all. heating in room did not work so heat was provided by a modern space heater. 2nd room was near chambermaid work room. maids were chatty and noisy but accommodating when i asked them (at 7am) if they could keep the laughter down. at least they were laughing.

    Romms were dirty and coffee in room was awful - booked a twin - but got put in a double room in the basement with no window - complained so got changed to a twin room with a window as initially booked

    The staff were very helpful, friendly and quick. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The location was excellent with Hyde park across the road and the tube station only a short walk away.

    Although clean and comfortable, the room was on the small side and a bit tired looking. It also overlooked a dirty back yard. Disappointed that breakfast was not included.

    Quick and easy online booking process and location was great.

    The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and impolite. I was greeted by a very rude Eastern European girl who either had a hearing problem or her English was very poor. Each time I have to repeat myself several times, which didn't bother me until she started getting cross with not understanding what I was trying to stay, " does the room have a hair dryer" I had to ask several times before she knew what i was saying.

    "1 st night was poor due to next doors bathroom fan noise and talking until 2am. TV operability or lack of it was annoying. I am in London for the forseeable future every Monday and Tuesday night. I plan to give the Hotel a second go next week- fingers crossed" (107719633)

    La entrada y el bar muy bien, el camarero muy atencioso, es limpio.

    Por 70 libras creo que podria ser algo mejor, me quede en un hotel en madrid que se llama las letras y son 4 estrellas por 100 y la verdad es ke eso si es una pasada de hotel. hay que hacer las instalaciones mas modernas yponer mejores teles y canales.

    rooms were nice and warm , clean and tidy...

    when i wanted coffee in the morning, there was no milk sachets..I arrived in bayswater at 12.00 so i went to check in the hotel, i was told i cannot check in untill after three..i thought ok no problem can i leave my bag untill then and i was told unable to leave my bag, so i had to carry my bag around london while i went shopping..also i have looked to book on line for a few days and found that if you book mid week the rooms are cheaper but if you select mid week and say friday the room for all the days is charged at the high rate?

    Large room, comfortable beds, good to have both shower and bath, quiet room considering the size of hotel, pleasant and courteous staff

    too many arabic tv channels, not enough UK choice. Try installing freeview in each room. Breakfast not included

    "Since this hotel is well situated for three major underground stations I was not aware of this when booking so it was a pleasant surprise. Also Hyde Park is just a 5 minute walk away and if you like shopping there is the Queensway shopping centre also a short walk away. Also Central Park Hotel is a pick-up point for going on coach tours." (97593245)

    Good location to Central,District & Circle Underground. Hotel on a quiet street. Room moderate size for London. All amenities working.

    Good price-quality ratio. Jug kettle, coffee and tea in the room. One English breakfast (with extra payment) was substantial and served for two women.

    No rack for towels in the bathroom. No lounge in the hall, just a bar. The staff didn't allow me and my mother, an elder woman, to arrange our suitcases sitting in the empty bar. We had to do that squatting in the hall.

    Central location good for underground and shops and restaurants.

    The room was booked for three people and the room allocated was insufficient size for three beds. The breakfast was poor was supposed be continental but this only covered bread rolls, toast and cereals. If you wanted cold meats, cheese or even boiled eggs this was extra!!. Hot coooked breakfast was also extra but was poor value for money and was often cold.
