    Staff sorted out the room promptly and the service was good.

    We were disappointed that the hotel had not picked up on the request for a twin room and therefore the bed had not been split when we arrived but the staff did attend to it promptly.

    This is a very good hotel - the staff are extremely helpful and friendly whilst remaining totally professional. The room was very good in terms of value and cleanliness. We didn’t use any of the restaurant facilities but the breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality.

    Intermittent mechanical buzzing noise from plant room behind bedroom 33/shower room was disturbing during the night. Shower seat is falling apart

    Everything we tried/used was of good standard

    The coffee/hot water 'flasks' used at the Breakfast table do not keep the contents hot.

    Excellent Staff, excellent food and service. Room once warm was very good.

    Plastic bag over the smoke detector in the room. Major fire risk. Windows blow a gale in due to ill fitting closures which meant the room was cold

    Comfortable, v. nice staff. Wedding parties were noisy but under control and quiet soon enough.

    Like many hotel rooms it clutters v. quickly. Chairs get used to hang clothes and wardrobe is too awkward. Suggest a few hooks and a coathanger. Maybe you should look at other storage options, especially for shoes.

    "our stay was excellent, we arrived early but had no problem checking in and we were upgraded to a bigger room with king size bed. Had a few drinks and lunch in the afternoon at the stables pub,the outside area in the courtyard is very nice on a sunny day. Had dinner that evening at the brasserie which was excellent and then breakfast the following morning in the woodlands restaurant. The staff are very professional and helpfull, everything you would expect from a four star hotel. I would definitely reccomend this hotel for a relaxing break in a wonderful and peaceful setting."     easy to find, plenty of car parking spaces, lovely building and grounds. Good food and very helpful and pleasant staff.

    A meal served in brasserie had to be sent back but the staff apologised and dealt with the problem to our complete satisfaction.

    Room clean, nice decor, bed very comfortable, very good amenities, excellent breakfast

    no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room, but this was not adequate to cool the room down even though it was not a very warm night the room was very hot.

    Clean room - breakfast service was the best I've had to date

    not enough drinking water available in room - also on the website it stated that there were leisure'swimming facilities only to be told on arrival that this was not onsite but a few minutes down the road.

    A lovely hotel, and one of the best in Leeds

    clutching at straws to find anything bad but one of the male staff sering in the restaurant was dim and took 20 minutes to furbish me with a scoop of ice cream

    Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet, lots of parking, good food and extras in room.

    Room service delivery charge is £2.50. I think this is a bit steep compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

    Very spacious and clean room, super facilities such as ironing board, trouser press and hairdryer as well as a kettle and tea and coffee - hot chocolate sachets would have been a good addition for non tea and coffee drinkers! Quiet room with space to work, and a very comfortable, large bed. Helpful staff at breakfast, and plenty of choice on the breakfast menu.

    At the conference location

    No free Wifi internet access. Difficulty of obtaining an IP address after I paid for the Wifi. Called staff up but was told just to keep trying. Eventually obtained IP address form router of Wifi network after 10 tries. Better technical help with improvements in the network should be sought. I have no problems getting logged in when I was in Premier Inn London.

I think that the process for ordering breakfast was not clear enough and I did not discover the card to be hung on the door until the morning." (97595614)

    The hotel offered a very comfortable, friendly and most importantly to me as a lone female traveller a safe and secure place to relax whilst travelling on business. The staff were welcoming and made my stay enjoyable.

    The room I was allocated was beautiful, there was a large window with very good curtains which shut outside light out. Unfortunaltly there was an orange light above my window and a large gap a the side of the curtains that allowed a constant stream of light in throughtout the night. As I prefer to sleep in total darkness I suffered a disturbed nights sleep.

    Comfortable and spacious

    For a hotel of your size--a silly thing but there were no eggs in the kitchen.So when I wanted a starter with poached egg and / or a main course such as gammon and eggs-no eggs!Surely someone could have gone round the corner to the local J Sainsbury store and got enough eggs until breakfast time? Overall a very poor situation.
