    "Absolutely no value for money. I've stayed in other London hotels that where cheaper but with a much higher quality." (107285445)

    The location of the hotel is very good, close to Victoria station, underground, buses and trains.

    Traffic noise all night long and an "unstable" mattress. Those two facts combined results in a guaranteed bad night. We didn't sleep at all and were broken next morning. The elevator is the slowest I ever saw. And the lady at the desk, who did the check in, had not finished her customer training.

    Left luggage in morning prior to checking in at teatime. Comfortable beds.

    Small step from bedroom into bathroom, not easily seen, therefore a little dangerous.

    "I would recommend this to anyone who needs easy access to the Underground and Bus station. St. George's Pub is across the street and sandwich restaurant next door. Could easily walk to Buckingham Palace, Parliment Square and other tourist attractions. " (108384303)

    Location was the primary reason to stay here, one block to Victoria Station & Underground and within 2-3 blocks we had numerous restaurants and a grocery store. Good continental breakfast every morning and pleasant, helpful staff. We did not have any problems even when we asked to extend our stay by 2 days. Could check luggage when we arrived early (check in is at 2 p.m.) and after we checked out as we were not leaving London until evening. Hotel arranged for shuttle to take us to airport.

    We had double bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very hard to sleep on but room was more spacious than some I've had in London and bathroom looked new and clean with nice towels.

    A very nice little hotel in an attractive building. Good-sized shower and wash basin. It was very good value for money.

    None really - the 'canteen' where breakfast was served was basic, but I was expecting this for the price.

    Comfortable bed,great shower,great air-con.Housekeeping very good.Nice, bright breakfast room & breakfast very good. Excellent location. Luggage stored after check-out

    Was told that there would be 1 double + 2 twin beds. Room actually had,1 double + 1 double sofa-bed + 1 rollaway. However room was large enough to cope,so not really a problem.

    Room was clean and tidy, Staff very helpful, breakfast was good and plentyful, location was ideal for the function we attended.

    Room was in basement and had a dingy outlook, tap was loose on the wash basin,security safe was unusable, requests to have it fixed whent unheeded, allday and allnight noise from a electro mechanical device near by switching on and off every few seconds.

    The first hour of the occupation of our room was having to contend with workment using our bedroom window to get in and out to repair or service the air conditioning

    outlets wouldn't work, no towel hanger, no refrigerator, AC difficult to work, could not get TV to work, strange smell in hallway

    Location, 24 hour opening, electric jug in room, free bottled water (but only one small bottle)

    Internet wasn't working for the entire stay which was a real pain, no fridge in room, water went off on one of the days which affected breakfast (not the fault of the staff)

    Habitación limpia y completa,buena ubicación del hotel, personal buen trato, desayuno buffet bueno.

    Una cama en muy mal estado,no se podia descansar bien. Solo una recepcionista hablaba español.

    Zona céntrica y buen desayuno

    El personal de recepción sólo habla inglés, con lo cual es dificil entenderse si no se habla bien el idioma. Lo malo es que tampoco intentan entenderte. Tuvimos problemas con la cancelación del vuelo y llamamos para volver a reservar la habitación. En un primer momento nos dijeron que sí pero cuando llegamos al hotel de nuevo, ya la habían alquilado !Mucha informalidad!

    Location was excellent, size of room, bathroom, water pressure and hot water in shower. Good service, breakfast room was well stocked during the specified hours.

    Had two reservations since we left London for a few days but was unable to book both at the same time. Second room required the key remain inserted in a device next to the door for the lights to work but first room did not have the same requirement.

    Good sized rooms. Bathroom in good working order, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Fantastic location!

    Room a little cool, noise from street. Had two reservations, one for two days and another for one day a week later.... Was not able to book both reservations at the same time. Room received for second reservation required door key to have lights which was not necessary for the room received for the first stay.

    The staff was very kind and helpful. A lot of things to see near at hand.

    The beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom cleanings was not daily. It is not important to change the towels daily. Keep environment in mind!
