    Very friendly and comfortable hotel with good facilities for price. Rooms very clean and with plenty of character. Breakfast superb.

    Friendly helpful service, very comfortable bed, working plumbing, good breakfast- the fruit was wonderful.

    Radio not working, bathroom door lock broken. It would be nice to have a fruitier choice of marmelade and jam at breakfast.

    It was a homely place, close to where we had some activities planned, and with very friendly and helpful staff. They could not fo enough for us.

    The bathroom was a little cramped.

    The owner was extremely kind and helpful.

    The grout in the shower was black and needed to be cleaned or redone. Everything else was clean except this, which was confusing.

    This was a really nice little hotel with very helpful staff and good facilities. The bedroom had facilities for making almost any hot drink and the bathroom was really nice and clean

    The beds were not very comfortable but this may have just been pot luck with the room.

    We were greeted in an extremely friendly and professional manner and staff were attentive and obliging. The hotel was very pleasant indeed and I would have no hesitation in recommending it as an excellent place to stay.

    The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of home comforts and information enhanced our stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet and we had a lovely peaceful stay. The food was excellent and varied.

    No view from the window as it looked out onto a wall (but it did not cause any problems and did not really spoil our visit)

    Very compact. Room number 9 faces the main road and is very noisy when the windows are opened.

    both of us prefer dog more than cat... so the cat might be the only issue...
