  chambre vaste et chaleureuse, grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner, situation en plein centre pratique, personnel accueillant

  chambre nettoyée, mais oubli du ménage sous le lit (papier +bouteille du locataire précédent), insonorisation insuffisante: on entendait les gens marcher au dessus, ou ceux de la chambre d'à côté aller aux toilettes ou même éternuer)

  Great, inexpensive hotel in the center of Amsterdam. Walking distance to everything.

  Friendly staff helped us with finding places to visit, nice breakfast, great location

  noisy in mornungs due to work being carried out, little difficult to find

  Good location. Good value for money. Clean.

  "The best aspect of the hotel was its location, it was very central and within walking distance of most attractions. The rooms were nice but a double bed would be preferable than 2 twin beds. The breakfast was nice and varied. The access streets to the hotel should be better lit and safer, they are quiet daunting especially at night-time." (97308792)

  The location was very good. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

  There should be a proper double bed instead of twin beds pushed together. The view from the room was into other rooms! The alley to the hotel from Dam Square can be daunting at night-time, it may be dangerous.

  "We enjoyed our stay at the tulip hotel, the room was adequate, and good value. Reception staff were friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is located centrally in Dam square, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Centraal Station" (99104533)

  "The hotel rooms were a good size. The hotel is in need of updating. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for nearby tourist areas. A dull thumping of music could be heard when in the room (116)well into the early hours. The hotel has a lift. This hotel was value for money." (99945986)

  "Have no complaints at all. We got good directions for the hotel from the internet booking confirmation. The hotel was clean and modern our room had a really nice bathroom with an excellent shower. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam." (99072432)

  it was a good, clean and modern hotel very central. We got a cheap deal which made it even better.
