    "Overpriced and poor service." (108811357)

    Easy to find and just a short walk into Camden Town, plus a lovely Thai resaurant a few doors down.

    Expensive for what you get! Kept waiting halfway through booking in as the one staff member answered a long phone call & ignored us. Also he gave us the key but didn't bother telling us where the room was! Room was tiny, only just room for double bed and space to stand next to it. Plus there is an extremely noisy pub opposite. We got back to the hotel at midnight & all we could hear was music & people shouting.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very clean. Hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location for our purpose.

    Shower was stuck on a high temperature which made it uncomfortable.

    Inexpensive; central location in Camden scene; staff performance

    Extremely noisy; shower temperature control not working - either icy cold or searing hot; windows warped and don't close properly (room 104); doors cannot be locked from inside

    the hotel is really just across the road from the subway staion (chalk farm) or a twenty min walk from euston station, if you do the walk you get to see camden town and markets on the way up. it is a busy and interesting walk up to the hotel. plus we went to the itunes 09 festival and this hosel could not be more convinently placed again right across the road from it it was perfect. the room we had, had LCD dvd tv, tae and coffee making facilities, and the breakfast is plentiful.

    hotel is next to a lively pub, that is all really.

    This hotel is clean, very good location - opposite the roundhouse in Camden and offers a tasty breakfast.

    The room was quite small and the pillows were too thin.

    A very pleasent experience. Allso the breakfast-buffet, which not allways is a succes. And the staff, allways smiling and helpfull.

    Just one thing: In the dark nights, it would be nice to have lightning at the entrance, at it would give the hotelbuilding af more pleasent look.

    Excellent location.

    The shower didn't work so we had to wash ourselves over the sink. :o( yes we could have reported it but only noticed 30 min before checkout time so no way that someone could have miraculously fixed it for us to have a wash before leaving. Will check shower first thing next time I stay in a budget hotel. Mentioned on the way out that shower didn't work, receptionist acted surprised...

    "Did not stay because to much refurbishment going on in the hotel, and the room that was alloted to us, looked and felt like it needed a refurbishment" (107491345)

    The Hotel was going through major refurmishment, and I believe this should have been mentioned when we booked it. In fact there where carpets being carried up the stairs. We couldn't get a meal becasue the bar had just been painted and still wet. In was that bad we did not stay,and had to find somewhere else to stay. We however could not get our money back, and believe we should have becasue the hotel was not fit for purpose.

    "I didnt need anything lavish, just a straight forward, regular place to stay for the night, which is exactly what i got. Bed, peace and quiet and a TV to relax with. It was not an amazing 5 star place, but was great value and delivered what it promised. I would recommend it again and may be staying there again soon." (107630981)

    Room tiny. Bed comfy but something smelled funny in/on pillow. No lift. Having to hand in key even when popping out to pub.

    Good location. Full english breakfast. Coffee machine in the lobby.

    Wi-fi didn't work in the room, only in lobby. Only one small chair in 2 peoples room.

    Great location for Roundhouse. Friendly and efficient service. Rooms pleasant & clean, beds extremely comfy with lovely bedlinen. Great shower and modern bathroom. Breakfast was OK - not brill, but OK. Great coffee.

    Stair carpet def in need of replacing. Road outside noisy from early in morning.

    "I don't recommend it to anybody unless you bring your earplugs and expect a rude receptionist and know how to deal with him. Generally speaking you can stay there if you are desperate for a night or two but definitely not for more." (108888657)

    cheap, you can tolerate the stay there for 1-2 nights but not more

    No lift available. The receptionist was very rude. very noisy room. I wanted to change it then he asked me to bring my luggage down to reception and then asked me to go up again (with my luggage) to third floor to the new room which was again noisy and warned me that he wont change it again for whatever the reason even before I see it. He was Greek and his English was poor. He was rude to an unacceptable degree.

    Shower facilities and room facilities great. Our room was equipt with a flat screen t.v with freeview and also coffee and tea making facilites. Buffet breakfast was to good standards also.

    Strange smell in the corridor, couldnt quite pinpoint what it was.

    Good location - right next to Chalk Farm tube station and very near Camden Market. Nice room - very clean and comfortable.

    The entrance isn't as nice as the rooms so not such a good impression on arrival.

    Excellent customer service - the one fault was dealt with really well. Couldn't have been more helpful sorting out an internet connection for us.

    Shower didn't work properly and hot water wasn't hot. Staff offered to give us a discount as compensation for this. very impressed
