    Nice hotel, gay friendly, very clean, good food, very close to o2 Arena.

    Payment in Euro not accepted. Public computer not working. Drinks a bit too expensive.

    Booking in and out was easy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy.

    No toilet brush provided. Carpet was abit worn in room 219 and could do with replacing. 2nd floor was a bit stale, A little air freshener was needed.

    well located modern and easy to find.nice breakfast nice bathroom staff friendly and helpfull

    room not very clean tv movies dear to watch considering . basic facillites but i expected more for £75 per person ,could do with a fridge in the room to store drinks as we all dont drink tea or coffee.

    Rooms were a nice size and the the room facilities were good

    Thought the room was paid for when I booked back in March, only to be told when we booked in that it wasn't - apparently I gave my card details for room holding purposes only. I didn't think this was explained properly when booking. Also as we we're going to a concert the meals were only in a allocated time slot, which didn't fit in with the times of the arranged evening.

    Location for the O2 was superb. Staff were polite and efficient.

    We were on the 4th floor. Room was cold and smelt of cigarettes. Perhaps it would be different on another floor.

    Bed was uncomfortable, annoyed I was called first thing in the morning by reception asking if I'd booked a taxi when I hadnt and then couldnt get back to sleep

    Excellent service from the staff.

    The reason I have selected Adequate for the room was the very thin walls. We were woken at different times throughout the night with various noises, at one point I thought the lady coughing was right next to the bed!

    We had a very pleasant stay, staff were v. helpful and provided extra tea coffee etc for our room without a quibble. Appreciated the free drink at the bar.

    The lift system was slow and cumbersome and difficult to operate the card swipe when lumbered up with baggage. However understand the security aspect of having such a system

    "i may not use your hotels again, not because of the quality or cleanliness of the hotel or anything like that but because of the blackmail type nature of your policy towards those that wish to extend their stay by a day or two once they are already at the hotel. I booked three nights at approx £75 per night and on inquiring whether or not i could extend my stay by one night i was told that the price had now risen to approx £100 per night.In my book that policy is akin to blackmail, at the least it is taking unfair advantage of your customers.I wasn't desperate and so booked out and found somewhere else to stay locally which admittedly wasn't of the same standard as your hotel,but at least i felt like i wasn't being exploited.thats all.alex pereira."     clean and comfortable.Even though only continental breakfast, there was sufficient choice of food available to suit most people

    It was necessary to keep air con on over night,as room was very warm, as a result it was slightly noisy when trying to get to sleep

    The location was perfect for the London Marathon which was the prupose for our stay. There is an excellent Chinese restuarant attached to the hotel that I can highly recommend!!

    The shower was difficult to get the correct temperature and was not very powerfull.

    the room we stayed in had adjoining doors therfore we could hear everything going on from the occupants next door,we also requested no smoking room and received a smoking room

    "Only that we needed to book for a meal. A good map of Greenwich would have been appreciated so we could have found the observatory easily.The receptionist should kept telling me to get the tube at the O2!!However these are minor things overall it was excellant" (97955170)

    Comfortable and clean and within easy reach of O2.Excellent parking

    The lift was tempremental.The bar ran out of lager,glasses change.....need I go on and we could not eat at the restaurant downstairs.

    The room was a good size with an ingenious use of space. It was clean, orderly and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have breakfast included.
