    The staff were particularly helpful. Nice breakfast. Conveniently situated,within walking distance from the Railway station.

    I was not warm enough but was soon brought another quilt when I requested one. I would have liked more milk supplied with the coffee and tea in my room.

    friendly staff willing to please close to the airport and has off road parking fantastic fresh pizza

    no soap at the sink to wash your hands, no chair in the room, no smoking signs up but the roof outside our room was covered in dog ends!

    Quite nice hotel for not much expected people. There is TV, coffee and tea in the rooms. The staff is polite and very friendly to the guests.

    The breakfast is included in the room price but I do not recommend it. There is better to eat outside. Single room is very small and when the window is not opened smells bad.

    Very cheap and conveniently located. A good sized bed meant it was comfortable to share with our toddler.

    Room smelt very stale and carpet looked very unpleasant and grubby - we didn't want to step on it with our bare feet.

    I booked into the hotel by credit card. When i arrived, i was appalled to find out that i had to pay all my spare cash as the hotel did not reserve my credit charge. I was not told this until i arrived. Breakdown of communication.

    Great staff, very helpful. Room was clean and warm. Bathroom was cold but clean. Location was close to both airport and my where my meeting was.

    The boiler broke during the first evening, this meant i had to endure a freezing shower before an important interview. However it was quickly fixed. The kettle was broken and there was some interesting brown remains inside it. I cleaned it out and held the operation switch in but it turned the water grey and smelly?! The glass provided was grubby and had lip marks from the previous user. Walls are pretty thin and my neighbour snored for England!

    the room was clean

    everytime you used the toilet or shower it made a loud noise, we could'nt have a shower in the morning of when we were cheking out as it was very early and we would'nt be so inconciderate to the other guests. We had to pay an extra £5.00 for a ensuite bathroom when checking other wise we would have had to share with another 8 guests. The bathroom situation was not verified when I booked on the internet.

    Hotel is clean and facilities were in good order. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room also is okay and tidy.

    Room might be a little bit smaller than expected but then it is a "single" room.

    Staff attitude was good. Very helpful.

    Room was tiny, and access to powerpoints not easy. The kettle had to be put on the floor in order to boil water for tea/coffee. Only one teabag, coffee & one milk!

    Very reasonable rate; adequate accommodation; enjoyable breakfast.

    Had call from hotel whilst I was still on the plane (22.50) to say that check in was going to close at 11, and that they had been trying to contact me for ages. I explained where I was, and that at the time of booking I had told the online clerk that I would not be arriving at the airport until 22.40 (the plane was delayed a little). Thankfully, the staff stayed at reception until I arrived.

    "My room was very small and you wouldn't want to stay in it except to sleep. I just needed a place to sleep for one night close to Luton Airport so, since this hotel is rather cheap - and close to the airport - it served me very well. I don't have any complaints except for the size of the room, and maybe the lock to my room, which didn't seem very hard to pick." (97725090)

    Close to Luton Airport and the center of town. Reasonable prize. Nice looking house and neat.

    "The hotel is in a convenient location for getting into Luton and 15 minutes on foot to the main railway station for transfer into London. The staff were helpful. The price was reasonable but the room decor with woodchip wallpaper needs updating as does the shower room. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and was staisfactory.     Very handy for centre of Luton. Breakfast room was vright and clean. On-site parking was handy but spaces were very tight.

    Bedroom carpets and room decor were in need of updating.

    The shared shower is fine

    I had to pay the hotel when I checked in and also there is a stupid card dealing fee even I was using a debit card.

    "Für uns 4 keine optimale Lösung, wir buchen nur noch London City. Fürs Taxi vom Airport zum Hotel haben wir 9 Pfund gezahlt. Es geht zuviel Zeit für Reisen von Luton nach London City drauf. Gut für Paare und Single ohne Kinder !" (97369287)

    Beim Check in wurde sofort vesucht das wir einen upgrate buchen, da wir ja nur die Dusche auf den Gang gebucht hatten, was nicht zu erkennen war. Frühstück wurde pünklich um 9:30 abgeräumt. Einen Adapapter für Strom konnte nur käuflich erworben werden. Für Internet mußten 5 Pfund berappt werden.
