    Excellent hospitality, friendly, helpful and accomadating. Very respectful.A very comfortably atmoshere.

    (Family) Room had a large sash (original) bay window which was a bit draughty and allowed noise in from the rather busy street. Would benifit from sealed units.

    "Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Upon arrival, you are made to feel welcome and at home. Additional requests were dealt with promptly. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble when requesting further assistance. Light facilities available for the evening should you wish to indulge. Morning breakfast 1st class and puts some well known hotel chains to shame! All in all 8/10, thank you Caroline & Andrew" (108226067)

    Warm and efficient check in and after a day of extensive business,upon arrival to the hotel, I found the atmosphere to be relaxing and calm. Both Caroline and Andrew were very helpful and friendly during the course of my stay. Internet access a bonus and an excellent breakfast!

    Water pressure to shower was a little weak and could have done with a booster pump to aid the flow of water exiting shower head. Bathroom a little chilly when temperature dropped outside due to older style windows and heating not being on/boost facility not available to take edge off.

    The hotel was very clean, friendly and welcoming. In a lovely location within walking distance to the sights in Thetford. Would recommend the hotel highly to anyone.

    This was part of a 40th Birthday 'Go Ape' weekend in Thetford Forest and really made the who experience complete. Excellent Hotel and super service.

    Breakfast was well cooked that is about the only good point

    The room very small and dustie.Bathroom wasn't clean the shower was the worst I have ever used I would have been better off putting my head under the sink tap.The room was very noisy and I will never be visiting this hotel again.I found the staff very much in your face and pushie.

    "I have stayed in many hotels across north America and east and west Europe and this is probably the most cramped and uncomfortable room I have stayed in. Whilst in Thetford we decided to stay on for another night, but didn't even consider staying in Wereham House. We checked in to the Bell Hotel 50 yards down the room. The Bell was a little tatty round the edges but the room was many times better than Wereham. " (107632168)

    Staff were friendly

    The room was very, very small; although it had a double bed in it it was totally inadequate for two people. I banged my head four times on the TV mounted on the wall as I shuffled around the bed sideways because there was insufficent room to walk normally. The bathroom was little more than a cupboard. On arrival the bathroom had only one set of towels; this was rectified when we mentioned it to the staff but it leads me to think that we were put it what would normally be a single room, although even a single person would be very cramped. The bedding was clean but the bedspread was grubby.

    Convenient, easy parking - a very friendly welcome - most helpful and excellent recommendation for dinner (at the Portuguese restaurant 50 metres down the road)- an extra, electric radiator already in the room as it was threatening snow (very thoughtful, this!) Last, but not least - probably the most delicious bacon I have ever tasted!

    Reception, personal attention of manager and the ,(I'm at home feeling) The breakfast was Great!!

    Room seemed very small for a 6'4'' 16 stone person, even with a small partner. Bed wasn't that comfortable.

    Homely. Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit not tinned, cooked breakfast well presented, did'nt have to wait too long. Owners very friendly and helpful.

    "This was my first trip to the UK and I found the hotel delightful and the family very helpful and kind. If I visit the area again I will stay in this hotel." (97007783)

    The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.

    The room was a little cold, but it was 0C, and I should have asked how to turn up the heat in the room. They did provide lots of extra blankets.
